@EricMPaq @bluestockingetc @Xplornet and I bet they charge if you damage it during removal too, just to add more fees. Scummy

@BenKlass @CompBureau @FP_Champagne Xplornet is a terrible company, for every reason, and it's no stretch to highlight them as a choice of absolute last resort. After nothing but trouble with them, I eventually got another option in my area, only for them to end up bought out by Xplornet too... Starlink soon...

Funny how all of the complaints about @Xplornet's poor service disappeared from their Twitter account. Censorship is alive and well!

@Xplornet @bluestockingetc Yes, the alternate option is pay a stupid price out of pocket for one of your workers to uninstall your absolute garbage internet

@Xplornet Don't do it. I used to put Bell & Roger's down, but now I'd give a big toe to be able to have their service again.

@kliivam @CoryBMorgan Xplornet was a joke. Terrible speeds but the 2 second lag made it useless when it did work. Starling has low lag because the SATs are so much closer.

@bluestockingetc @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST and if they won't do it, file a human rights complaint

@bluestockingetc @EricMPaq @Xplornet of course: "Service charges may apply...." but it's probably cheaper than the $500 replacement fee.

@Xplornet At the risk of pointing out the obvious ... your reply is 2 days later. The unobvious is that with no outbound communication I had to experiment (trial & error) to discover when the service came back (I.e. it did not come back on it's own.)
