    @Xplornet This was a very disruptive outage for businesses, for us who telework, and other situations. The comms from Xplornet was not acceptable. Not getting a tech to look at the outage for 3 days knowing dozens were affected was not acceptable. Not offering refunds was not acceptable.

    @IanMcPHE7T2 @mynamesnotgordy @Xplornet Really I have xplornet works great customer service is excellent where I live. I had Bell previously and it was terrible always buffering plus much more expensive.

    @UweTeufel @invigilator4 I have 1 bar on my cell phone for service on the farm, 2 at the barn. Internet was with Xplornet until lighting hit my dish and blew up my computer.
