@cbraedley @Xplornet For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys replied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.

@Xplornet Well Xplornet today is a great day. Just got my invitation for the Starlink beta. Finally an end in site to your over priced shitty service.

@KeatingSeed @SpaceXStarlink Is this available now? Where I am we only have Xplornet satellite and it's capped limits for ridiculous prices. It's been tricky to manage data limits with life being so virtual! Speed isn't the issue just data caps! 😓

Hey @Xplornet expect a phone call tomorrow to withdraw consent for you to charge my credit card any more money until you fix my completely broken connection. Every night this week it's been 100% unusable for at least two hours. It's been months of <2mbps. Fix it.

@beckstreaker07 @Xplornet Same thing here. Sick to death of Xplornet. Last service call did absolutely nothing but further deplete my bank account.

@TracyRimmer @Xplornet Wow that is sad! When I called in because my modem died the person seemed very surprised I had been a client for over a decade. I don't think people stick with them long because of this ongoing problem.

@Xplornet AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH - "UP TO" - you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!! Ya just like you provide me 'up to" 25 MBps. Never once seen over 4 MBps. You are snake oil sales people.

@ALL_CAPS Yes! When we lived in rural Stittsville we had crappy Xplornet until we were lucky enough to get Community Fibre. I’d like to go rural again at some point, but didn’t want to go back to Xplornet’s crap. Starlink makes that possible again!

@Xplornet With all these pointless pictures, I'm starting to get an idea of why xplornet's service is so bad. Their "tech"s waste a lot of money going to random rural locations to take pictures and not service any of the equipment. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.
