@Xplornet Could you maybe update your twitter feed with what is happening with your service. I haven’t been able to get wifi in Gravenhurst since last night. I understand there are weather conditions, but a little update would be nice.

@Xplornet Now NINE (9) DAYS I've been waiting now for "troubleshooting" to fix your "known issue" with the network, as you clearly stated to CCTS in defence of your terrible service. If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Crooks.

@StarBuck_83 @SpaceX A friend that lives 8km south of me randomly tried and got in just now. I think I am *just* out of range to the north of their service area. I'm willing to put up with a downtime with this because I already have hours of downtime daily with Xplornet!

@Xplornet Well Xplornet today is a great day. Just got my invitation for the Starlink beta. Finally an end in site to your over priced shitty service.

@karlin_george @Xplornet My second investigation is still ongoing, but their response as to why I am getting slow speeds is that it's not "punishment", rather they "have a known issue" that prevents them from providing what they charge for... Be Careful...you will probably be punished too.

@Xplornet AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH - "UP TO" - you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!! Ya just like you provide me 'up to" 25 MBps. Never once seen over 4 MBps. You are snake oil sales people.

@OneMorePatch @mrdeclanregan Previously we had Xplornet with a 900ms latency at 10mbps with 100GB data cap then down to 1mbps. And a DSL that we were lucky to sustain 2mbps. Also, had an LTE hot spot that gave us 400 MB of data for $520 a month.

@Xplornet And right beside the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is the rest of your internet speed! Thieves. Crooks. Liars. 9 Days now waiting for a tech support call...

@Xplornet, please explain how my download speed is 33kbps and my upload still 1.8mbps.. If my upload is capable of at least that, shouldn't the download as well? How's *that* work? Don't bother with an answer. You're plainly incompetent at running a network.

@ztlaidlaw I am eventually going to upgrade my 1X to a Series X but I'll probably go for All Access in a few months from now. Unless, of course, Xplornet fixes their ****, then I'll just stick to Stadia.

@CableXJ @Xplornet Five years ago would have been the time. They've sowed so much anger and distrust that even if they fix their stuff, most customers will jump ship regardless.
