Charlie Walker (@charlie1105) reported@Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported@Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware
