    @Xplornet I am at the end of my rope. Every day a customer service agent gives me a new reason that my internet is less than 1MB. Apparently, even in November on a clear, sunny day, it's wind, rain, and foliage that are the issue. We pay for a service. Deliver it. It's that easy

    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    @Piccia @Xplornet To be fair, we are on a wireless system, and it isn't always this slow, but we would kill for 600mbps. I can't even imagine how fast that must be. Like blinky-fast!

    @Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.

    @Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware
