@DeniseMiller76 @KingstonLsd I know they are simply beta testing at the moment, however I’m curious what the price point will be for monthly service. It was disappointing @Gov_NB chose Xplornet as the company to roll out rural internet given they offer poor quality service & Starlink is on the horizon.

  • subarusocks smartest man on the planet (@subarusocks) reported

@Xplornet i literally get download speeds of 9KB/s through your network on a consistent basis

Wahoo! My other two @GoogleStadia Premiere Edition kits have been dispatched. Now if only @Xplornet would provide me the service they advertise so I could use them, that'd be great.

  • LucasTGreen Lucas (@LucasTGreen) reported from Kingston, Ontario

Can’t wait for starlink to be available in rural eastern Ontario. Tired of xplornet and their terrible services @elonmusk

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet FAQ #41 Q: How much data can I use on your LTE service? A: As much as it will let you transfer. It's truly unlimited. We aren't worried because it's so slow you'll barely be able to use any anyhow.

@Xplornet wifi has been down since 3:30 pm... C'mon, every single day service goes down several times. This is getting absolutely ridiculous... absolutely criminal to charge every month when wifi is down more than it is working 🙄🙄🙄😡

  • TammyUlrich5 BossLady (@TammyUlrich5) reported

@MBAgDays @Xplornet I have been on hold for over an hour, I am about to call my bank and cancel auto payment and go with a provider you can actually reach when you need. This is Bullshit

  • ltpmitchell lt pete mitchell (@ltpmitchell) reported

@Xplornet That's great. Can you know maybe focus on fixing your network?

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

It looks like @Xplornet took down their speed test sites. I can no longer reach them on my connection, it just times out. I was using them as they'd probably give me the best indication of speed for the tower I'm on. Guess I'll have to rely on external third parties entirely.

.@Xplornet your techs are trying to tell me that this flat line cap on my downloads at 9mbps since Sept 7th @ 4am is due to signal issues. I pay for 25mbps. This is not signal issues. That would fluctuate similar to before Sept 7. This is a traffic management policy gone bad.
