@Sportsnet You black me out in Alberta, for Alberta games. I live in the country, 20 minutes outside of Edmonton on Xplornet. Your customer service doesn't reply to my emails. How do I get this resolved? Do NOT recommend this service for Xplornet users. #frustrated

.@Xplornet I hv 50/10 Unlimited and the service has been total CRAP for TSN sports streaming BAD. Buffering and Freezing losing plays at critical times. stopping tsn streaming and running speedtests shows speeds tolerable but connections intermittent so ping on order of 5000 ms

Thankfully #Xplornet has a reasonable service offering because Bell & Rogers both cap their rural wireless plans at 50GB/month and charge more per month than I pay for unlimited...

Xplornet wireless connection speeds are approaching dialup. Help desk wait times are approaching those of CRA or AHS. Bring on starlink.

@Xplornet always same thing I get higher cost plans to give me better max speeds then hardware tower node handling capacities exceeded latencies of 5000 ms & choppy intermittent connections Calls to tech support have never resolved the issues; boils down to deficient network

@Xplornet your customer service is a joke… 2+ hours on hold and counting… 5 transfers and no one has actually been the correct department to help me!

@Xplornet Your service is completely unusable but thanks to your monopoly we have zero other options. Pathetic

@mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.
