@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet @xplornet is complete garbage. Also very difficult to deal with. Not worth the money. We cancelled ours. Don’t miss it as it never worked anyways

  • tuchodi Gerry Paille (@tuchodi) reported

@Xplornet A friend on your service who lives in BC has an IP address that maps to Ontario. This causes issues with him accessing certain websites that are restricted to people living in BC. Is there any solution for him?

  • blakerolseth10 Blake Rolseth (@blakerolseth10) reported

@Xplornet I just changed providers cause xplornet wouldn’t fix there towers

  • Snowymb1 🇨🇦 (@Snowymb1) reported

@Xplornet got a complaint going with CCTS. Looking into signing up with Starlink. Cand we get a customer class action lawsuit going against this company for the constant lies, beyond horrible service and high cost rip-off of there lack of service?

  • mtylerb Tyler Beckett (@mtylerb) reported

@Xplornet They're doubling their speeds! Unfortunately they are still 1/2-1/4 of the speed of @SpaceXStarlink and they still refuse to support IPv6. #fail

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

@tuchodi @Xplornet Shouldn't matter too much...give Xplornet a couple days and he won't have any service at all to worry about.

  • rammyramramram Ram (@rammyramramram) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Man, running any of their social media, PR, or customer service, it must feel like you're a borderline scammer, eh? Like, you have to justify customers every day overcharging for something so basic, but knowing they have no alternative. The real Martin Shkreli of ISPs.

  • XenaTKB Terry Bedard (@XenaTKB) reported

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet their customer service often leaves a bit to be desired!

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

If you're an @Xplornet customer don't fool yourself into thinking they care about you. If you're thinking about becoming one, walk away. You're better off with literally any other ISP (or not even having a connection). The unending frustration is not worth it.

@CBCNews @NicoleatCBC Summer 2020: Dial-up Internet stopped working without any notice at Nova Scotia & after a season, I was forced to install slow Xplornet satellite dish upon my roof to access online monthly banking to maintain my Utilities at great monthly cost to this widowed Canuck grandfather.
