    In the last month our @Xplornet has been down 3 different times. The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

    @Xplornet I always do and they can’t do much. Always a short temporary solution. Your internet is terribly unreliable speed wise esp. during high tourism times in high tourism rural communities. Overloaded.

    @Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?
