The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

Potential customers cannot get a signal. Local installer tried everything and thinks it the tower. Can I get the write person to talk to?
