  In the last month our @Xplornet has been down 3 different times. The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

  @xplore_ca is unbelievably bad. Called a few months ago for technical help and was promised a return call which never happened. Called two weeks ago, promised another return call. Never happened. Called today and was promised a return call. SMH

  No one answering @xplore_ca "24-7" customer support line. 3 or 4 tries in the last week... on hold indefinitely. The same song plays over and over and over. Email support? Auto-reply that a "case has been opened" with no details or information about actually getting service.

  @MrStache9 We have Starlink and we like it. We live rural so our options were limited and what we had was very poor in both cost and effectiveness. Starlink was super easy to set up and works reliably well. It costs us $156 a month which is more that xplornet but I wouldn't go back!

  lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

  @LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

  @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing
