In the last month our @Xplornet has been down 3 different times. The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

@spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet an ISP I used to work for charged $78/mth before taxes for a 1.5mbps wireless point to point service .. unlimited usage of course. Glad to see this coming out, clean up some competition.

@Xplornet We’re out again , and because I have a job and can’t sit on hold all day , I can plan my Friday night to sit on hold waiting for service . Used 3 gigs of phone data last night for a meeting ... cheers to Friday night , let’s see did you restart your router ... duh.. of course

@spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet Once fully built out, Starlink is intended to serve 485,000 connections in the US at 100Mbps. That's just under 0.15% of the population. The entire network is limited to 48.5Tbps. For perspective, the company I design for supports 46Tbps through a single ethernet switch

  • rbloch66 Robert Bloch (@rbloch66) reported

@xplornet I would like my normal internet speed back please. The slowdown is not due to weather or peak traffic. My speed has been abysmal all day. Normally it's good. I grow tired of hearing the same excuses from your tech support.

@spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet My dad is also on Xplornet, how much better a service is Starlink?

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Your customers are looking for decent and reliable service, all you post are pictures that could be just about anywhere. Let me guess, this oil pump is 30m UP TO 58KM away from one of your towers? #cancelxplornet

@spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet I noticed the service get *real* shitty when they got bought out late last year by an American company.

  • EamonCyr ɹʎƆ uoɯɐƎ (@EamonCyr) reported

@eaoliver Can't be as bad as Xplornet is right now I hope lol I'm supposed to get 20mb/s down and hardly even crack 10mb/s most of the time, plus a beautiful 1mb/s up lol

  • FXplornet FuxkXplornet (@FXplornet) reported

@Xplornet spent an hour and a half with your "support" just for them to tell me the antenna you provided is a piece of ****, wow what an amazing company can't wait to see you go bankrupt you scum sucking leeches
