    In the last month our @Xplornet has been down 3 different times. The 1st time they told us, “it’s too cold” the 2nd time “no system is perfect, they all have weaknesses” and the 3rd time was “we didn’t tell you to live in the middle of nowhere”. 😡😡😡

We have Xplornet...they promised to upgrade their tower, it’s over crowded, still have not upgraded and still say “it’s coming”. Our internet is so unreliable and you don’t get near why you pay for. Bell won’t put up anymore towers...cogeco

    @Xplornet This just in, Xplornet tweets fluff that is completely unrelated to their business because they don't have anything to say about their false advertising, overcrowded network, terrible support and being Canada's most hated ISP.

    @olblue81 @Xplornet We used to have it. Between crappy speeds and customer service we went to unlimited data on our cell phones for a bit. We have a local guy now that is better a lot of the time

    @Xplornet as opposed to your staff simply cancelling it. I literally was not in my right mind and my distress was easy for anyone to read. Since this happened, you resumed my "service" at an address that is no longer inhabited by anyone. You sent me bills for ZERO usage. And when

    @LinusTech @elonmusk @SpaceX Ah yes, let's hope they offer better stability and speed than xplornet (you are locked at 1mbps upload with xplornet unless things have changed since 1 year)

    @Xplornet the worst experience as a customer I have EVER had. You continue to call trying to get money from me. I will send you my gas bill for the 10 hour drive and the bill for my time doing the job of your technicians. Perhaps it'll even out? You will not see a dime from me.
