@Xplornet Burying all the critical tweets about your terrible service with these useless articles isn't doing any good. Your time is limited, you should spend it trying to make good on your promises before it's too late. #reckoning

@BaldurBarons @landon707 @Xplornet Ah crap that sucks. Hopefully soon. It’s pretty awesome.

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet Noooo....! That’s infuriating. “You pay us for a service sure, but it’s not our fault it doesn’t work.”

@Kaitlynkitzan @Xplornet Starling is going to bankrupt every other rural internet service

@Xplornet The quick survey at the end of the call...I left excellent reviews for the technician helping me today he actually took time to solve. Poor review for @Xplornet internet service. A week without internet w stupid excuses during pandemic cannot happen.

@GeiselJeff @Xplornet Starlink was installed Saturday. No-brainer setup; getting over 100mb download, 40mb upload, 35ms or less latency. Will be faster after BETA is over. It’s amazing, compared to poor Xplornet I’ve had to use for years!!! I’m impressed with it!

@Xplornet 3 previous phone calls did nothing to help, man I spoke to this morning solved my problem in about 10 minutes.I’m not convinced there were ever upgrades being done to “the tower in Baltimore”. However we now have internet after 6 days without.

Annnnd @Xplornet is down again, for the third time in as many weeks. The tech I spoke to straight up advised me to sign up for the Starlink waiting list, “our service is only gonna get worse” lmao.

@BaldurBarons @Xplornet We also don’t stream any big things. Used to be off the Glenora tower but had a few issues. They turned us to pilot mound and been decent ever since

@AgFreeAgent For sure, he's a problem solving futurist. Starlink likely to destroy Xplornet unless they can compete on gov subsides and lower prices. And I see some indication that Bell suddenly is looking into replacing rural copper infrastructure with fiber optics. Gov $upport of course.
