@Xplornet Tell him to bring his ladder to my house and fix your shitty internet

  • ayrporte Ian (@ayrporte) reported

@Xplornet Thanks for reaching out. Another 2 hours on phone with support last night. Hopefully resolved. Its the 8 hours of my time lost Plus the additional 8 hours cell data used up to keep network going

  • BucsDB5 Teej Johannesson (@BucsDB5) reported

Anyone around central Alberta use an internet service that’s not Shaw, or Telus? I use @Xplornet right now but the service, and customer service, has been just terrible overall. I don’t love using big brands.

@OneLinders I'm not convinced Xplornet has the ability to offer any of the services they advertise, "game changing" technology or not. My 25mbps service has been running at 2mbps max for days. Will 5G magically fix their oversold infrastructure?

  • _spookshow cait (@_spookshow) reported

Usually our internet with @Xplornet is fantastic. But lately it's been horrible and literally at the worst timing. Its finals week and I have a final tomorrow morning that I am unable to study for and I'm extra nervous that I won't be able to connect to the internet to write it

  • trainvalet Cory 🆎 (@trainvalet) reported

On @Xplornet I average 6 mbps for the service they advertise "up to" 25 mbps. Xplornet isn't high speed internet.

  • lewisbron Lewis (@lewisbron) reported

The amount of hate you get and you’d think Xplornet would change but y’all are still ******* **** @Xplornet

  • ScottFphotos Scott Fawcett (@ScottFphotos) reported

@Xplornet this is the second time this month that I wake up and my internet is not working. Your turn around time for fixing it was 36 hours last time. That's unacceptable for those of us that work from home.

  • ayrporte Ian (@ayrporte) reported

Ok @Xplornet after 4 years of uninterrupted service we "upgraded" to your LTE Its been down 3 times in last 10days. Wasted 6 fn hours of my time on your customer service lines. Tonight the "17 min " wait is 49 minutes so far.... Young lad trying 2 write university Finals. #fail

Jeff from E-Clip IT Solutions in Saskatoon has the worst job in the world. He gets to fix broken @Xplornet stuff. He was at my house today. On my roof. In -23C weather. He'll be coming back later tonight to finish. Fingers crossed things improve on Martensville tower.
