Slow speeds, high cost, no customer support. What exactly am I paying these criminal rates for?

Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

NotYetDone (@NotYetDone1) reported@theJagmeetSingh Xplornet.... Home of 480p on 1-2 devices, plus that 700+Ping. It's sad to see that my only option was (the Above) for a couple of years. We now got Access Internet in our town (which i still can't Access, due to Geo issues) it's getting better. Bless Starlink for Accessibility

And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???
