Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

@kingstonist I hope so. I have a kingston address but the only option for internet for me is Xplornet. It's slow and very expensive. I think many ppl on the outskirts are in same boat.

@Xplornet Will literally give you 80 Kbps for a download sometimes when your oversold towers are congested you said weather doesn’t affect your service and will it minorly affects your fixed wireless service to say this about your satellite services it’s just absurd

@Xplornet is it going to be as unreliable as the crap service i am with right now. yes im with you and it goes out numerous times a week everyweek. i have had this service for a month and im already thinking of switching providers
