In MB, Explornet has lost market share over time & its plans are now more aligned w/ the big 3 nat'l carriers wrt higher prices & restrictive mobile data terms, lousy service &, afaik, w/ only one retail outlet to serve MB subs. Xplornet is a study in failure vs an option in 5/.

@Xplornet I don’t just rant on the internet for no reason. You’ve been “looking into” this for the past month. Someone on your end dropped the ball here and you are trying to blame us financially for your problem.

  • SafetyCarm Carmella Steinke (@SafetyCarm) reported

@erdocmom @TELUS This is great to hear! Our bandwidth with Xplornet is so bad we added a Telus Hub (yes we pay for 2 internet providers), and still have some issues.

  • TheHersh Amy Hersenhoren (@TheHersh) reported

I’m trying to cancel internet services with a Canadian company. It should take 20 minutes. I spoke to someone for 5 minutes and was passed to “loyalty” to complete the process. On hold for an hour. Is it really a surprise you are losing all your biz to @SpaceXStarlink @Xplornet ?

  • stam_andrea Andrea (@stam_andrea) reported

@Xplornet how am I supposed to work from home when it’s going to take 17 days to have a technician come to my home to fix my internet?? Couldn’t be more disappointed with your service!

  • RichardRanger8 Richard Ranger (@RichardRanger8) reported

@APLenehan Mr. Lenehan, i have your internet service @Xplornet , and i am nothing but displeased and very irritated with the service and the customer service of this company. I have had issue after issue after issue and no one can give me an answer.

  • Mike_Millar Mike Millar (@Mike_Millar) reported

@ruth_nabb @Xplornet #Starlink better customer service, better equipment, no contract and lightning fast internet! #neveragainxplornet

@jzantinge2 I have Xplornet….it’s not half bad half the time.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@TariqElnaga And what's the chances that they'll be offering funding to awful, monopolistic and deceptive Xplornet to expand their predatory and overpriced rural 'services'...
