Iain Reid (@IainReid10) reported@Xplornet Was told by your not-technical support (an infant could be taught to say what they say) my internet speed, which had been between 30-50 Mbps, dropping to 2-5 Mbps was "within acceptable levels for my plan". A mostly happy customer for 4 years lost. #useless #fail #scam

I have a few options here, but can't afford the tower I'd need to ***** to hit them. The one I can get with what I have has a 200GB cap. 200GB with six kids? Forget it.
