    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    So @Xplornet I've been begging you for 3 years to get my service fixed! I'm paying over $100 each month for internet that works about 40% of the time and that's ONLY if I use an ethernet cable!! This is why people hate @Xplornet!!! #FixYourService #FuckingRipOff #XplornetSucks

    @FeministHousew1 Have you filed a complaint with the CCTS? I have moved on from Xplornet now (thanks Starlink!) but I filed a complaint and outlined what I thought would be fair. Canceled the service before the CCTS complaint was all finalized so I let them off the hook on my demands though.

    It's really rather sad that @SpaceX Starlink beta, even with outages, downtime and potential hardware issues is light years better than @Xplornet's LTE service. I was told "don't cancel your service until it's out of beta" but I didn't even hesitate as soon as my dishy arrived.

    @Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

    @Xplornet, you post about your service upgrades but the majority of people I've spoken to had experiences that mirror my own: slow and unreliable service and long wait times for phone support only to be told "restart it" and when then doesn't work, schedule a tech for days later.
