So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@k_mcbc @Xplornet #xplornet is a joke. Put them right up there with #bell. Haven’t had internet since Dec 23. Tech came and got it working for 4hrs yesterday and now gone again. 3 kids starting remote learning Monday. Cancelled service and went with #WTC 🤞

@Xplornet Up to, poor guy doesn't even know he's straight up getting lied to. The xplornet customers should start paying "up to" 100% of our bills.

Tomorrow will be my last day with @Xplornet for internet. What a pathetic joke of a company $100 a month and the only time it works is at 5am, no matter how many times you call the problem is never fixed. At least dial up internet was reliable, probably faster most of the time

@Xplornet I ended up waiting 2.5hrs. The speed is still ongoing and is no where near where it should be. Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631

@Xplornet Actually read like: We hope they paid their internet bills because we'll chuck em out and care nothing for their hardships as xplornet is a greed driven, promise breaking, vastly out of date, dithering, ISP that runs under the banner of cronyism and self-service.

Still so happy about a month into my @SpaceXStarlink service! Unhooked my Xplornet modem today and probably going to cancel in January. Expectations have been exceeded so far with the new service. Thanks @SpaceX for fixing a big issue!!!
