    I think it’s officially time to cancel @Xplornet. No hard feelings, you served me when no one else could, but ... your time has come to and end.

    So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

    @XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

    @Xplornet has chosen to release 5G Technology cause a lot of people were complaining about the poor internet service which normally happens when you live out in the country cause the trees 🌳 end up disrupting the cellular signals

    @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic Ours has been brutal for about two weeks. A little better today. Noticed that YouTube stayed super fast, even when the rest was too slow to even load Facebook

    @androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.
