System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!

Byron Darlison (@ByronDarlison) reported@Xplornet after years of mediocre service at best I have now installed @Starlink and am having speeds that are 10 times better for basically the same cost. Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?
