I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

I've had it for a year and they promise good service (which is a ******* lie) DO NOT GET IT. It is very slow and if there is more than one thing on it goes ******.
