tomizo tommy (@tomizo103) reported@Xplornet I want to get more detail solution for state code 30.1.1 on the modem HT2000. My internet connection is down every 30 min and the only solution I have is just power off the modem and wifi router, wait 4-5 minutes and restart. It is really frustrating.

I live near Sydenham and internet w/350Mbps downloads is available less than 200m away, yet I’m told I can’t get the same where I am 😡

A friend of his has it and, I guess has little issues for gaming. I told him because i want it to be functional more often than not and Xplornet has an awful track record.
