@Xplornet I contacted your customer service via Chat and was told that to move to 50/10 service I need to pay $99 for new hardware. I currently have 50/3 service. Could you confirm?

Aaaand there's the nightly @Xplornet service interruption for Kepler tower / S. Frontenac. Just a short one tonight! I was all ready for the usual several minutes of nothing working!
