@Xplornet I did that, no idea when problem would be fixed - have to “ tolerate it” while they try to repair in back end. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY!!

@Xplornet Seriously we are experiencing issues again. Went down for extensive maintence Fri and today they are investigating issues again!! Service has been terrible. Maybe if we would get a credit for the downtime it wouldnt hurt so much!!!!

@Xplornet You already did your review when we had problems last month and couldnt see anything. I was told to phone Technical Support when I am having problems. I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

@seguincbc Xplornet is about $130/month for speeds of 25 Mbps for first 100GB (think 10 Netflix movies in HD) per month ..... they then ramp you down to 2Mbps once over 100GB - excruciatingly slow - like modern day dial up

@Xplornet I may be able to **** and watch some thing with 3 Mbps but good luck trying to ******* download would take half the night to ******* download 100 MB honestly your **** network probably has something to do with it to

@Xplornet Thank you for your reply.. do you have any way to communicate that to customers at the time? It was frustrating to be out with no communication on that is was a large scale outage...with kids at home online a small update would go a long way! Thx

@SuprSquirrel The town i live outside of is 9k and everyone surrounding me has internet lol but my dirt road has no lines going down it ... always had terrible service with xplornet and its way overpriced so im excited to try this

@Xplornet Not for long. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid them at all costs. However, farmers and everybody else who's stuck with xplornet, there's an alternative coming soon. Hit them where xplorne cares, their pocketbook. #Starlink #cancelxplornet

@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet It's laughable how bad they are really. I have American friends that tell me my adventures with Xplornet eclipse their own adventure with ISPs such as Comcast, and I've heard some terrible things about them. It's ok, I ordered Starlink today. Fingers crossed it works here.
