@Xplornet I have been “reaching out to you” weekly and sometimes daily for months. Nothing changes! My phone is they my internet and I have no phone service! My internet is @ 0.07 speed and I cannot use it. Your tower is overloaded and new tower is expected Q3. 2022. Please fix NOW!!!!

Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet
