My phone is they my internet and I have no phone service! My internet is @ 0.07 speed and I cannot use it. Your tower is overloaded and new tower is expected Q3. 2022. Please fix NOW!!!!

Given this I want to cancel my account but you won't let me do this until I speak to your loyalty department.

Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out
