My phone is they my internet and I have no phone service! My internet is @ 0.07 speed and I cannot use it. Your tower is overloaded and new tower is expected Q3. 2022. Please fix NOW!!!!

I actually need a phone in order my elderly mother and mother-in-law (both widows) can reach me when they need to! You talked me to adding phone via my internet and now I have NO service!!!

Kizzie (@Boboljinks) reported from Cavan, Ontario@xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.

Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.
