I actually need a phone in order my elderly mother and mother-in-law (both widows) can reach me when they need to! You talked me to adding phone via my internet and now I have NO service!!!

Kizzie (@Boboljinks) reported from Cavan, Ontario@xplornet so I have been able to confirm tonight that the problem is in fact with YOUR TOWER! It is known to over congested!!! And apparently @xplornet knows it needs a new tower… and it’s planned for Q3, 2022!!!! I need a solutionNOW not in 12 months.

My phone is they my internet and I have no phone service! My internet is @ 0.07 speed and I cannot use it. Your tower is overloaded and new tower is expected Q3. 2022. Please fix NOW!!!!

So I win a prize for record low 0.07/10??? Are you going to charge me 70 cents/month instead of $100? ( I prefer get 100% service & pay $100/mo

Around in circles for days I have been told i) automated payment system doesn’t work with Apple iPhones ii) password reset on account doesn’t work with Microsoft email…WTF!

Mamabear 🇨🇦 🏴 (@freshouttafacks) reported@dubsndoo We bought Starlink direct(no rogers needed). Only internet service we can get in Ontario country. Shaw satellite and xplornet lte had download speeds of .5. Had that for 10 yrs…now we have 250. 7 people stream/game or work at once w zero issue. Love it.

JJ Temple (@pcman87654) reported@xplore_ca Still blows my mind how you can't update your customers during the outage but you'll share posts about bald eagles casually. Was on hold for over 3 hours trying to figure out what was going on and didn't get through to anybody.
