    @BotTheWrongDip Waiting on Starlink- Xplornet works but slow and expensive for what you get

  • TrainerGloria Trainer Gloria 🇨🇦 I❤️🇮🇱 (@TrainerGloria) reported

    @Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.

  • mmains7 Evelyn Mains (@mmains7) reported

    @Xplornet Their customer service stinks!!

  • stanwendt Stan Wendt (@stanwendt) reported

    @Xplornet while I recognize I live in a rural PEI community I at least expect consistent reliable internet service. Which is not at all what I am getting. I pay for 50Mb speeds and basically NEVER get that speed. What I do get are 1,000MS ping and 10-22Mb. Time to switch to Bell!

  • fishingwicked OfftheGrid (@fishingwicked) reported

    @TELUS has the worst service available. Crappy Xplornet looks like a dream compared to the bandwidth that has been oversold to the point that cellular doesn't work. Tin cans & string would work as well to contact my family. @TELUSsupport says they won't care til competition hits!

  • tobaboy Chris Morrison (@tobaboy) reported

    @Xplornet I called in twice yesterday, the first lady told me that you did not have service in Clandeboye, MB. The second lady told me you had service but were not accepting new customers in the area.

  • TrainerGloria Trainer Gloria 🇨🇦 I❤️🇮🇱 (@TrainerGloria) reported

    @Theangryleaf1 @Xplornet We ditched xplornet a couple of weeks ago at our cottage. The past year during the pandemic when we needed to work & study from home, we couldn’t spend much time at the cottage cuz xplornet hardly worked & was too slow. Now we pay less & have a fast reliable isp.

  • ElectraMurphyCa Elektra Murphy (She/Her) (@ElectraMurphyCa) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

    @Xplornet is the worst internet around. They just need to go out of business.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

    @Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

  • ehrinf Ehrin Frid (@ehrinf) reported

    @SteveBucking @windypopfarm 15 min after I looked at it bell showed up at my door selling thier package. Xplornet net sucks so we’re switching
