@Xplornet Imagine being an angry xplornet customer just hoping some company out there will help take some of the pressure off making bills during these times. Then there's xplornet trying to be the next social network by posting whatever link they think will make them seem like they care.

@Xplornet Meanwhile, I am calling your customer service every single night because our internet goes to 50 kbps and 30k ping from 6pm till midnight every single day. Thats on the top plan. Wait times on the call are 3 hours, so its obviously not just me. 6 months of this.

As I sit in my house using my cellular data to work, my 30 minutes on hold with @Xplornet has now turned into 1 hr 15 minutes on hold and counting. Left Xplornet because of constant issues but got swallowed up into it again when they bought Netset. I pay too much for this.

@Xplornet Your services suck stop throttling the internet I have children that need it for school and other things and don’t even say if I have any problems to contact you because you never answer or call back plus your no help anyways

@Precision_Jason My parents are in process of moving so they have no desire to look into it. They thought about fiber until they saw that it was $100/month. I just shrug whenever they have issues w timing out. I hope Starlink takes lots of Xplornet's customers (but hope for more rural fiber)

@almost_somebody aww I'm canadian! I have xplornet, but I love this service a lot! I switch packages today so there's bound to be hiccups, I'm actually really happy with the service

@Xplornet When I call in for tech support I have to sit thru 2 min of recording. Please be respectful of our time and play those messages while we are inevitably on hold.

@gbaker386 Is there an internet service that transcribes what is happening in a Twitch stream to text so that those of us on @Xplornet internet can still participate in your streams?

  • NLpicker Keith (@NLpicker) reported

@Larry_Short @RamonaDearing Xplornet already offers satellite high speed internet to the province, will starling be a better service ?

  • PlymouthScamp Matthew Dulmage (@PlymouthScamp) reported
