  • LucasTGreen Lucas (@LucasTGreen) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario

@Xplornet I hope you lose a lot of customers to starlink. Xplornet refuses to update our tower and I can tell you rn it’s not in a difficult location to access. Service is complete trash and full of lies

  • Robinongaliano Robin on Galiano Island 🐝 (@Robinongaliano) reported

@Xplornet Try looking after your existing customers. Service degrades to unusable by the evening on Galiano Island.

  • MikeWitkowicz Mike Witkowicz (@MikeWitkowicz) reported

@TerryHyra @Xplornet @starlink 1/2 I think all Canadian internet suppliers went to the same school of customer service, it would be titled "how to own a position and piss off your subscribers". BellMTS this week was no better, deal for 2 years to "new" subscribers significantly cheaper for 2 years.

  • FuzzyGross The_McG (@FuzzyGross) reported

Dear @Xplornet I would like to say thank you for having my service work very well.......that is until my CRTC complaint was closed. Now, streaming has become laggy again and live Twitch streams are impossible to watch. I gave you a chance to fix this but obviously you do not...

  • DeannaDavies3 Deanna Davies (@DeannaDavies3) reported

@KT_Koop @Xplornet This has been an ongoing issue for years. We lived out your way and this was our reality. When the kids became teens it was impossible to do homework. I can’t imagine the challenges today. So sorry.

  • BethanyFontaine Beth (@BethanyFontaine) reported

Parents don’t have wifi and haven’t had it since yesterday, no help on the phone either, kids missed classes and now gunna miss jets game soon😒 @Xplornet @XplornetES

  • bartin_mennett Martin Bennett (@bartin_mennett) reported

Second weekend in a row where our internet is completely down. Thanks @Xplornet for nothing.

  • FuzzyGross The_McG (@FuzzyGross) reported

@Xplornet Do NOT care about your customers 1 bit. We are living through a pandemic, the Government deemed internet access essential and people are asked to stay home. Yet, you have policies that should be illegal(throttling) and you charge high fees for iffy service.

  • keithwawanesa Keith Murray (@keithwawanesa) reported

@TerryHyra @Xplornet @starlink Starlink will be no better a year from now. They will over subscribe their service and speeds will be back to Xplornet quality.

  • ItsStromer Stromer (@ItsStromer) reported

@Xplornet I'm guessing they weren't using your garbage company for this right?
