    @jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

    @Xplornet I used to be able to count on your internet service- but ever since you started to do "Upgrades" my internet is unpredictable- especially in the evenings.

    @APLenehan I am disappointed in @Xplornet asking me to pay a serv fee to examine eqmnt that was installed on Feb 6 this year that MAY be the issue of my ongoing DAILY intrnt problem. I am BEYOND frustrated! Living rural and being held hostage to this company.

    @Xplornet internet is out in Brighton ON for 8 hours now? Your customer service is horrible. Any update? Thank god for @elonmusk bringing consistent MODERN speeds for realistic pricing.

    Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing much issues with the internet.

    Calling Xplornet is a hopeless endeavour with hours long wait times and technicians that do nothing more than ask you to "turn it off and back on", and when that fails they begrudgingly book a service call. That tech can't really do much other than fiddle with the antenna...
