Will Dunn - WD Photography (@WDPhotography3) reported from Barrie, Ontario@shannbil @Xplornet @SpaceXStarlink At my work we have a lot of rural customers on Xplornet and I’ve never heard someone say one good thing about them. Starlink definitely seems the way. Hopefully they can sort out the issues with their satellites being visible in the night sky 👍

Brett Petch (@brettjpetch) reported from Bradford West Gwillimbury, OntarioThanks @Xplornet for your incredibly stable service… is what I would say if my internet wasn’t down right now #xplornet

-
Brett Petracek (@BrettRace) reported@LyttonW90219 @Martyupnorth_2 The satellite xplornet was migraine inducing. Their tower service is much better, but i don't think they offer above 50mbps yet. If they don't offer faster speeds/higher bandwidth soon I might be going to starlink.
-
CJH (@CJH39493411) reported@xplore_ca Pretty pic but don’t care, weak attempt to distract from stealing from people by not providing the service they pay for.
-
Kel.Ehh (@KelllEhhh) reported@xplore_ca have you any updates for your outage? We were told last night at 8:30pm EST that crews were dispatched and should only take 3 hours... It's been 11 hours since then and still no updates or service.
-
James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.
-
James Fisher (@jamesfisher12) reported@xplore_ca Don’t worry I fixed the problem it’s ur company
-
Andrea Galante (@AndreaGal67) reported@altimaguy11 The issue is that the Xplornet didn't have the speed or download capability. We have no cell signal where I live so EVERYTHING runs through Starlink...all cell phones (talk and text), internet, VOIP phone, streaming and computers. Seamlessly.
-
Robert Way (@LabradorIce) reported@ClimateSadie Lots of issues with XplorNet from users. We have had it before and the cost versus speed and limitations on data usage were real tough. Most people that I know who had XplorNet in communities didn't keep it.

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedEveryone knows Xplore/Xplornet isn't good enough. The file even says so! They suck. Yet Telus tells people to use this option. Why? There's going to be problems that can affect life & death situations here. #CRTC
