@Mullin_95 @Xplornet When I called to cancel xplornet, the fellow asked why. I said I went with another provider. He asked if I would tell them who, I said Starlink, he said 'oh yea, they're fast' Hilarious.

  • DKCripple Dawn Kratzer (@DKCripple) reported

Hey @Xplornet 2 things : It should not take months to fix a tower issue. I don't care how crappy your lowest rung deal is... it should at the very least be able to run a wired internet connection and a Wi-Fi connection at the same freaking time! It's 2022. Fix yourself.

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported from Dinsmore, Saskatchewan

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet You are lucky to be able to cancel. I am on day 8 of trying to get rid of them.

  • JeffKuntz11 Jeffery Kuntz (@JeffKuntz11) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet Ok. Will look in to it. Hopefully it’s available in our area. Let me know how it works , as of right now we are just hotspotting from our ph, as our last internet provider was garbage.

  • boFL3X boFLEX (@boFL3X) reported

@Xplornet lost another customer and i’ll convince other friends how to set up starlink and switch this bs wifi. get with the program!

  • Joey30046758 Joey (@Joey30046758) reported

@elonmusk I wouldn't mind exchange my xplornet with Starlink but I'm not sure if they would have signal up in canadian arctic 🤔

  • MKatastrophic MsKatastrophic (@MKatastrophic) reported

@Xplornet “Sorry, the technicians say that it is just peak hours for internet usage and to try again in the morning.” THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!! Telling me I can only receive HALF of the service I pay for on a good day is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Telling me I can’t use the service…

  • ChrestenNielsen Chris Nielsen (@ChrestenNielsen) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet Don’t garbage it yet, @xplornet told us we didn’t need to return equipment and then 3 month later a bill showed on our CC for $500 from them and they started billing us monthly again until we sent the modem and recieved back. They are as bad as Sirius radio to quit

  • WoodyBezan Woody Bezan 🇨🇦 🍩 (@WoodyBezan) reported

@prairiecentrist My Xplornet cost for 2021 was $812. That included a $200 hardware/install. I pause the service for five a months while travelling at $9/mth - don't believe Starlink offers a pause. The cost of a Starlink install was over $800. I have truly unlimited with zero throttling.

  • CheSarahSera Sarah (@CheSarahSera) reported

Xplornet installed a giant new eyesore near my house even though I complained about it. And now it’s all I see when I look out my window. Get ****** Xplornet, you’re the worst
