@Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

@DohfuVFX @Xplornet We just switched to a new provider. Much faster, $30 less per month, and works 24/7 whereas xplornet wouldn’t work every few hours snd when it worked it was usually much slower than we paid for. We couldnt watch netflix or work from cottage with xplornet, so slow/unreliable.

@Xplornet you Almost make it sound so good But you should tell people that UP To really means 50 Mbps or less and 10 Mbps or less upload, meaning when your fine service is sitting at 15Baud down and so low that Speedtest cannot get a reading for up load, it is still UP TO

@Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

@DaveNuss17 U r lucky u got 9. We paid for 10, usually got 5 and service was on/off each day for the past year+. During pandemic when we need to work/study from home, couldn’t spend time at our cottage cuz xplornet sucks. We switched ISP ystdy & internet is faster,cheaper,works nonstop.
