@Precision_Jason My parents are in process of moving so they have no desire to look into it. They thought about fiber until they saw that it was $100/month. I just shrug whenever they have issues w timing out. I hope Starlink takes lots of Xplornet's customers (but hope for more rural fiber)

@Xplornet I have been on the phone with you for over an hour everyday since the internet has been “restored” and still, no resolution. I have to wonder what you think my time is worth? 6 additional hours and counting and yet no action!

@Xplornet is so bad tonight that I can't control any of my smart devices. My hub says it's connected, but commands just fails. Google Assistant just says, "I'm sorry, I can't reach the Internet right now."

I don't hate many things, but I truly truly hate @Xplornet for being the worst ISP in Canada, and I have a very strong dislike of @APLenehan at the top. Your company is trash and your advertising is a lie. Everything about this is wrong. Rural Canada deserves better.
