Hey @Xplornet just wondering if they have tried turning the Odessa, #YGK / Kingston tower off and back on again? Or do you have to order in parts to fix it? I know sometimes these things take time but could you at least update the call centre folks with an update or ETA?

  • soultrain123 Tracy L. (@soultrain123) reported

Our @SpaceXStarlink kit can’t come soon enough. I can’t wait to destroy our @Xplornet dish. Xplornet has been down since December 29 with zero action on the ‘case’ I opened. 43 minute call back time, no call back. I call back and wait 25 minutes. New call back time 52 minutes…

  • alfred131 alfred dockstader (@alfred131) reported

@Xplornet Quick question Is there an ETA on any upcoming updates on speeds for satellite service?

  • BoydinNL Boyd Merrill (@BoydinNL) reported

@Xplornet has got to be the worst most frustrating internet service provider in the world! Terrible. #awful

@Xplornet We Canadians cannot begin to explain how happy we are that Starlink is going to slowly decimate your awful company.

@Xplornet why does my service keep going out. Going on for last 3 days. Between Port Perry/Lindsay

  • _lukemunro Luke Munro (@_lukemunro) reported

@Xplornet I contacted your customer support yesterday. I waited 1 hr 25 min on hold to get through. They couldn't help me and said they would pass my issue on to a specialized service team who is not available 24/7. I have yet to hear back. This issue has gone on for three days now.

  • thebrain2012 Matthew Thomas (@thebrain2012) reported

@Xplornet is there something wrong with the towers around Belleville, ON? Service has been incredibly slow for a week now.

  • Robert_Hammond Robert H (@Robert_Hammond) reported

@Xplornet The good news? The new LTE service is installed with Ping’s of 45msec~. The sad news is that we haven’t heard anything more about the service outage on the original equipment and the only reason we’re connected now is because “WE”initiated the LTE update. #YGK #Odessa #xplornet

  • sharonhoyes Sharon Hoyes (@sharonhoyes) reported

@MaureenParent7 @Xplornet Sounds about right. A few months ago @Xplornet did a fix on our tower. Service was great and what we were paying for, for 2 days. Then they notified us of second ‘fix’ and results have been poor again since then. Clearly they can deliver, just won’t.
