@Xplornet @Jim76136913 Hi Jim, they’ll waste hours of your time troubleshooting basic things that have nothing to do with the fact they are oversubscribed. Did this song and dance several times. After I switched to @WaveDirectHQ, first time I had an issue, they sent somebody to fix it.

I guess emailing and calling for over 2 years asking for this to be fixed wasn't enough time for Xplornet to resolve this issue. Well how about this, I'll pay the bill when the service works!!!!!

@Xplornet Quite possibly the worst internet company I’ve ever had. You can’t use the wifi from the hours of 8-11 without constant outages. I’m even writing this on data because my wifi is currently unresponsive. Save yourself time and money and wait for Starlink

On September 14 2021 Xplornet Communications Inc objected to your complaint further to section 10.1 of the CCTS Procedural Code on the basis that in Xplornets view it was not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the customers complaint before it was brought to the CCTS"

@PowderHoundPup $144 CAD/monthly unlimited bandwidth, hardware was $700 CAD incl. Wifi Router. Plug n Play in 10min. Xplornet was $115/monthly for 10gb usage. Xplornet hardware had rental fees etc plus contract. No contract with Starlink, cancel anytime. Cost difference minimal :)
