    @Xplornet I have called a number of times regarding our issues. I’ve done the unplug/ plug back in thing, the speed test, the plugging directly in to my computer, checking hardware, checking how many devices are using wifi...etc etc. It’s changed nothing.

    (1/2) Thx for NOTHING @Xplornet Tech came out and said only fix is to put dish in in ground pole. “They’re next to impossible to find. Call us when you find it and have it installed”. So now NO internet for weeks or more.

    @Xplornet I’m gonna make sure my friends whom are YouTubers spread the word throughout Canada that your company is by far the most crooked and worst service you will get as a Canadian citizen.

    @Xplornet Also when you said you were going to upgrade the tower in May I’ve had your service for three years and was hoping for once on the month that my birthday is on I could actually have good Internet oh wait I’ve had good Internet for a long time now coming from my cell phone
