J Snow (@DrewPeacock705) reported@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

Bobo Baggins (@Addy_Bo) reported@cbraedley @CBCNS @nsgov I literally signed up for Xplornet today. Been livi mg without internet at the house for several years, reluctant to pay for Xplornet. They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues
-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedAlternative explanation: These people use Xplornet that never works. These people used to hitting send 9 times for everything. A product of their "world Class" Canadian Communications. This is likely the best explanation and "OpenMedia" was honest enough to show it. #CRTC

Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported@Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca I think I need one of these in my backyard so I can get better service. What a joke. Do NOT sign up for this company.
-
Michael Quinlan (@MikeSQuinlan) reported@Iraqveteran8888 That is as bad as Xplornet. I guess I will not be switching over to Starlink anytime soon unless they can crank up the speed and reliability.
-
AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca @Victoriab1107 My service is so ****** at this point. I don't know weather to buy my own tower for lines or just off myself in the name of Xplornet. THIS IS CANADA how can your service be so ******* bad
-
Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported@djhaubrich You don’t actually have pay for their service calls. That’s just another way they try to suck more money out of you. Just don’t back down from saying no. They’ll fold. They always do. I was a Xplornet customer for 20+ years now I have @SpaceXStarlink
-
vahxo (@creeteaux) reported@xplore_ca hope you guys go up in flames. absolute dog **** internet. preying on rural communities and charging an absurd price for no more than 1.5mbps

🎃CelticMagician🎃🏳️🌈 (@CelticMagician) reportedIt may not seem like a lot, but we legit have not had this problem since our days with Xplornet. Starlink, you doing okay buddy? The occasional hiccup is a given because of trees, but that wasn't what this was. :/
