    @Xplornet We attempted to contact you via email yesterday and were sent a troubleshooting guide. It did not help. After some googling, we figured it out on our own (it was the router). I am still unhappy with this service (not directed at the innocent social media person ofc).

    @Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?

    PSA for any Steam Deck owners who have Xplornet Satellite: Xplornet's Double-NAT ecosystem creates connection issues on the Steam Deck. Until Steam provides an update to address this issue, you will have to use a different ISP to connect to Steam's servers reliably.
