@Xplornet You already did your review when we had problems last month and couldnt see anything. I was told to phone Technical Support when I am having problems. I did that yesterday and got the message that our area was having issues so they were aware of it. You are aware of the issues!!

@Xplornet absolute garbage internet. You change 110$ and we get internet 3 days a week, speeds close to dialup, constant outages, not to mention multiple outages a day. Your internet and service is a atrocious

My internet isn't working because I'm using it too much. According to Xplornet. That's a laugh, considering we can't use it at all. Google wifi says I'm using 0.2mbps down and 0.3mbps up (when it's actually working). Hardly saturating the connection right?

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet @moseleywilliams I agree Nick, as an Xplornet customer we've had little to no internet for weeks now and the technicians they send out have no explanation. We suspect they've made changes to our service or the traffic management policy is restricting our bandwidth instead of what were paying for

@Xplornet @charlie1105 That's right Charlie, call their support department to have them explain how to unplug/replug for 4 minutes of half-decent service...only to need to do it again, and again... Don't call too often though...they'll block your number like they did to me.

@aar0nsadler @dennydenny1020 You will miss calling Xplornet for troubleshooting help. Xplornet - “unplug your router for 30 seconds.......how is it now?” Customer- No change still terrible. Xplornet- Well than it’s because of the weather. Have a nice day!

@laethyn @TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews You might be one of the few happy people with rural internet provided by Bell or Xplornet with Bell's network, for the rest of us we get low speeds that The throttled the moment your neighbor puts on Netflix. They just resell and try marketing themselves as the little guy.
