maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported@CRTCeng @Rogers @CCTS_CPRST I learned the hard way when you passed me to CCTS w Xplornet. They are a dispute resolution service & nothing else. I don’t need to be burned twice to waste more of my time. Apparently, there is no government agency that penalizes telecom/internet cos for bad biz practices

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@OriginaIPenguin @Xplornet Any time something doesn't work as expected. Some days it's 10 times. Some days it's 30. I also set a continuous speed test for 12 hours every five minutes from time to time.
-
Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reportedYikers!! Xplornet thinks the service I get is worth $112.99 a month. Not even close!
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet If you're in Leavitt, it would be recommended that you "leave it" to any other ISP to supply you with internet service. That pun is better than Xplornet's service.
-
Internet Needed (Please Help) (@AtTheDogPatch) reportedCost per megabit down. @SpaceXStarlink vs @Xplornet If I get a max speed of 80Mbps with Starlink, I will pay 1.62 for every 1Mbps. I currently get an average of 4-5Mbps. That means an average cost of 22.25 for every Mbps down. How the hell can anyone say Starlink is expensive?
-
Saittech (@Saittech89) reported@Xplornet Anyone looking for rural internet in Canada Look at getting StarLink. Way faster internet no data caps and the best customer service. The internet with @Xplornet is so slow and goes down all the time. and they have low data caps, high prices and bad customer service.

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@LotSixteen @Xplornet Im actually going to just cancel and swap the credit card on my account to an old visa card I have that's locked and won't accept transactions. And by cancel, I mean call in to sales saying I want to sign up, then say "just kidding, my account number is xxxx, please cancel."

- Julz - {❤️8-2-2🏒} (@julzlajulzjulz) reportedHey @Xplornet can you recommend a less shittier internet service than yours? @Bell , @Rogers ...... Anyone wanna pitch in???
-
Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reportedXplornet says I can have a 3 mth discount if I talk to tech support. Tech support says I have good line of sight and have to pay $125 to have someone come over. @Xplornet

Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reportedEvery time I get a notification that my cameras have detected motion, it's because they're coming back on from being offline. The motion they're detecting is the auto-level leveling off. Thanks @Xplornet for being truly awful. You're the best at being the worst.
