No communication, no offer of rebate. The service contractor was on hold with them for an hr and still nothing was resolved

your re-education camp roomate (@gulag_77) reported@Xplornet Service contractors are sent out and left unpaid by Xplornet. Because it’s Xplornet tower at fault. Once the new tower is up and going wks from now, none of our equipment will work with it. Then we’ll wait another 3 wks for a service contractor.

It's also Unlimited for a reason so why bother talking about the amount of data we've used. The guy also end called 1 mins later
