    Sadly we have a very bad , but expensive internet connection through Xplornet , so can’t work from home . Not only slow but unreliable; room for improvement; but as long as the government let only two businesses ( Rogers,Bell ) harvest the money , nothing will change .

    @Xplornet Used to get around 50 Mbps in central Ontario and worked very well ! Not sure why some have issues ? I’m with Starlink now so 250 is normal.

    Hey @Xplornet 24+ hours without service Harrisburg Ontario.. any updates? Suppose to be replacing panels but nobody at the tower? This is ridiculous!

    @Xplornet I waited 35 minutes on the line then I choose the callback service and when you call, you hang up after one ring… can I just get more than 1 mbps when I pay for 50!!!

    @Xplornet Service call result: there has been ongoing work on our tower. No ETA on when service will be be back up. $30 credit per month for unusable service....

    @Xplornet more than 24hrs without any info on issue or resolution. No estimated time given, no web page to inform of status, and no notification to inform of any down or up time, I'm having to restart & call in to check status. Even the light on the router is no indication. Frustrating!!!
