Not only slow but unreliable; room for improvement; but as long as the government let only two businesses ( Rogers,Bell ) harvest the money , nothing will change .

I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

This guy says the leaves on the trees make it an "unsuitable location for high-speed". Did the tower move? No. My house? No.
