  • gmattthews77 Grant Matthews (@gmattthews77) reported

@Xplornet - upgraded my service in the hopes that it would lead to a better connection. Guessed wrong. Service is no better. #notmad, #disappointed

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet, you post about your service upgrades but the majority of people I've spoken to had experiences that mirror my own: slow and unreliable service and long wait times for phone support only to be told "restart it" and when then doesn't work, schedule a tech for days later.

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

@Xplornet 1.19 Mbps download 0.37 Mbps upload Your Internet connection is very slow. Here's the evening update. And yes, I tried calling tech support. And no, I am not having a tech come out for $125.00

  • FoxxTricky TrickyFoxx (@FoxxTricky) reported

@Xplornet I would like to connect to what matters most but I have no useable internet speeds available in the Chatham-Kent / Ridgetown area...can you please let us k is when the issue will be fixed?

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@FeministHousew1 Have you filed a complaint with the CCTS? I have moved on from Xplornet now (thanks Starlink!) but I filed a complaint and outlined what I thought would be fair. Canceled the service before the CCTS complaint was all finalized so I let them off the hook on my demands though.

  • Dubbloseven Dubbloseven (@Dubbloseven) reported

@Xplornet even cancelling your service has been a pain in the ***. Lying scammers. Un ******* real

  • KMal_T8N Kevin Malinowski AB expat in ON, involved in both (@KMal_T8N) reported

@Marcus24576385 @elonmusk @vincent13031925 Lots of cell phone providers give you a free or discounted cell phone. They make their money on the service. Same with ISP's. I paid nothing for my original satellite dish from Xplornet.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet You know what doesn't deserve the term hidden gem, right? Drumroll please.... Your service! (I bet everyone reading this totally didn't see that coming.)

  • lisacran Lisa Cranston, EdD (@lisacran) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet Worst internet ever. We left @Xplornet as soon as another option became available but suffered through three years of incredibly slow internet and ridiculous data limits. Good riddance!
