@Xplornet you hounded me for months to accept a service call, when I finally agreed you told someone would be in touch in 2 day, it’s now been 5 and I haven’t heard from anyone and my ****** internet is out again. Your service is an absolute joke and not worth the money at all.

  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet fix your ******* internet. You are a scam

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

@Chelsie_D Really? Impressive. Cause xplornet is just garbage here. They might put fibre through our rm. or else I’m on the waiting list for starlink. Can’t wait

  • lewisbron Lewis Bron (@lewisbron) reported

@Xplornet so far its taken me 11 hours to get a download to 68%. Just wondering when you are going to give us what we paid for instead of the scamming? Instead of trying to get more sales. Maybe fix your internet for you current customers before you lose them all and get sued

  • trubesb barb swartzentruber (@trubesb) reported

@Xplornet Done that multiple times. Now you make me pay for service calls to solve your bandwidth capacity issues

  • erosfortones Nathan Bell (@erosfortones) reported

I'd like to reiterate, Xplornet is absolute garbage. Less than a megabyte, the last few days.

  • JKosuth Jesse Kosuth (@JKosuth) reported

@Xplornet We already have your services and pay for unlimited internet with a guaranteed speed - which it never reaches so internet services are weak and intermittent.

  • RinglerunSk Kirk Pederson (@RinglerunSk) reported

@Xplornet Hello @Xplornet social media rep. Does asking someone to DM direct actually fix the problems with the tower? If it does I will, but I suspect it will just have me reset everything and we will be back here with no internet and me falling behind in work.

  • DangerUnfun Vesuvius (@DangerUnfun) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Guess that it's still not working?

  • RinglerunSk Kirk Pederson (@RinglerunSk) reported

@Xplornet Good morning @xplornet day 5 now. And we are still under investigation. Any updates on the Macrorie outage?
