Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet @FieldAgronomy21 I can't wait to get rid off Xplornet. Over sell the towers , and promote 25 down. here is about 5 on avg. I gave up calling you about it, cause nothing got better.

@SudioC @Xplornet ...it was a deliberate move by Xplornet, but can't prove it of course. My new and more pricey service still gives me crappy downloads and latency. No better than before, except it hasn't disappeared for over a month....yet. Hope you have better luck.

@AnthonyLacavera There’s always Freedom. It will have to be unloaded for the Shaw/Rogers deal to proceed. You’ll have to get past xplornet I think. We need to open our market to US cellular companies…that would change everything and should help the ridiculous federal subsidies

@TerryHyra @DTimchishen @Xplornet It is a glorious day, wait till they have you on the phone, and continuously offer you low rates to try and keep you as a customer. They will try to tell you that Starlink customer support is terrible. Took almost 3/4 of an hour for me to cancel

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @FT_Networks Another great small internet company being eaten up by xplornet. Really too bad as full throttle had great customer service and a great product. Seems like everything xplornet touches turns into a nightmare

It took 25 mins to cancel the service. But I had to deal with 2 people. Nice people. Even tho @Xplornet provides terrible service, treat customer service reps with respect. They told me they get sworn at a lot. That’s not right people. These people are just doing their job.

@Xplornet why does the service in Chesley Ontario start cutting out and in at 8:00pm almost every night?

I had an @Xplornet representative today tell me that due to "traffic management" they were not going to provide the service that they've been charging me for the last three years. Basically, they take your money but don't supply the agreed upon service. Buyer beware!
