Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet Much like xplornet should be reclassified as something other than a ISP. They barely serve any internet and when they do, it's way overpriced. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

@Xplornet blocked my reply to their promotion. I asked why they would offer better service for new customers. If they looked after existing customers then new customers would just flow in.

@Xplornet We got a call today saying there may be a disruption of service from 8am to 10 pm Tomorrow (Monday) You know the day where people working from home/school from home are affected. Why? What could you be doing that it takes all day ? Why not do it on the weekend? 😡

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet You are correct Nick. I have called them many times to re boot and trouble shoot but the service never gets any faster. I am paying for UP TO to 50 but have never got much passed 20. The other night I had less then 1 and couldn’t even watch a movie.
