Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

@Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.
