Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet @kenjohn91388485 @Xplornet These boilerplate generic responses are as insulting as is your costly internet service unusable. When will LTE service be available for Evergreen Road in Indian River PE? (C0B1M0). You have long been testing nearby towers. Please do not refer me to phone lines or a DM.

I can't wait for my @SpaceXStarlink to arrive. Unfortunately @Xplornet is my only option right now and it is absolute garbage. My daughter can't do her online learning as the internet is down as usual.

First day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?

@joeya1976 @SpaceXStarlink @Xplornet Mine is the same way, we don’t even get half of what we pay for, it’s unreal how bad it is
