Another great Customer Service experience for me with @Xplornet @XplornetSupport ...In remote regions, it’s not easy getting internet, but no matter where you are, good customer service is something to appreciate 👍

@Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

@grailyacres @Travisdhanraj @xplornet have made it their business model to oversubscribe and underserve their rural customers. I was lucky to have some competition in my area (Southgate on). Hopefully one day, you will too. It's awful that they have the ear (and funds) of government for rural broadband.
