@WeatherLandG @Xplornetsuppor1 Can’t even fathom not having throttled internet... like clockwork, between the hours of 1600 and 2100 internet speeds run at a snails pace with @Xplornet .... the inevitable result of poor coverage and over-subscription....

  • 424Shauna Shauna Mikel (@424Shauna) reported

@Xplornet I appreciate the reply but my husband has been on the phone with them every week with the same problem.

by allowing us to remove xplornet from our lives completely my bill is $145 dollars a month for "up to" 25Mbps with unlimited download... it's pretty sad that I don't even get 3Mbps anymore. I get there is more pressing matters at hand then my **** internet but the ones suffering

@MaloneOCSB Currently in the same boat :/ I've been working from home for most of this pandemic, and we reached 90% today and it's only the 18th. We'll be maxed out by the end of the week and will be out of luck until February. Xplornet Satellite is our only option and it's horrible.

  • MikeLoughlin77 Mike Loughlin (@MikeLoughlin77) reported

@Xplornet With help from tech support and one of your installers, we resolved the issue today..thank you

  • AmandaHather Amanda Hather (@AmandaHather) reported

@Xplornet is there an outage in pei? Haven’t had Internet since at least 5am

  • debEbanks Debbie EbanksSchlums (@debEbanks) reported

@kimfullerton @XplornetES I was hoping the tech had improved, but alas. We have 4 internet services to get 300GB of data, with 3 people doing online school. @Xplornet came to fix the brand new satellite dish. 3 days later, there’s spotty service again!

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@Fred_Wreck1983 @fastjeff @Xplornet They should be posting pictures of their (sub-contracted) crews doing work, like running fiber, or erecting towers, or installing antennas on customer's homes. Something to prove that things are happening in areas where they've been given government funds!

  • alishalauraann Alisha Dickinson (@alishalauraann) reported

Hey @Xplornet can you please go back to what you were doing last spring for your satellite customers? Some of us are still working from home because of this pandemic and not having enough accessible internet is a MAJOR issue.
