Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@DerekMacEwen @kbcmc @Bell_Aliant @Xplornet @WickedEH @redsandspei @Eastlink The logic being they could rent pole space to run fiber lines. After two years with no visible action, I asked @Bell_Aliant if they had plans to extend service to my area. I was told by a @Bell_Aliant manager that Lot 16 area wasn't worth their time to offer Fibre in Belmont.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@kbcmc @Xplornet Well if ya had some decent internet to feed into your router, the problem might be solved.
-
Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island@mudlanegoldens @kbcmc @DerekMacEwen @Xplornet @XplornetSupport @APLenehan @Bell_Aliant and @Xplornet are the two worst possible options we could pick. Too bad @PEIGuardian didn't do a story on how dissatisfied we are at having only these to pick from.
-
Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward IslandOur new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.
-
Dan (@VO1MX) reported from Bedeque, Prince Edward Island@DerekMacEwen I'd like to see the math, numbers where @Xplornet prove that they are providing the speed as promised to the households that signed up for their service.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Shinzah321 @kevdevlyn @Xplornet What I mean is, the CRTC has actually approved it, and people in Canada already have the service. It's happening. I'm hopeful their timeline of "early 2021" for a more widespread rollout pans out. Regardless how long it takes, I'm still looking forward to that call to Xplornet.
-
Dan Sideen (@sideen_dan) reported@Synthon61 Yes, an unhappy Xplornet customer. Wireless connection to their tower. That's not the problem - they simply don't have enough bandwidth, especially in the late afternoon & evening, Who is your provider?
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@olblue81 @Xplornet note, those results were pre-Christmas on Vanscoy tower. I've since been moved to Martensville tower and results are a mixed bag ranging from "nothing" to "hot garbage" with a few hours of "not what I pay for but just usable" here and there. My Twitter history shows more.

brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported@Xplornet This is what xplornet calls good business practises even in a ******* meteor shower my Internet shouldn’t be this slow
-
Al Sutherland (@OffCentreFarms) reported@woody_VA @PetkerFarm MPV and Xplornet provide service off an elevator leg that is within eyesight
-
J.L. 1285 (@CAWguy) reported@JesseBrown @sula_greene Yeah, it was awesome when Xplornet purchased our local, rural ISP, then promptly shut it down leaving us with nothing.
-
Eric MacGillivary (@Airman2820) reported@Xplornet This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I’m getting 900-1000 ping with not even 1mb a second download speed. This also ends up being the most expensive internet provider. It’s very ironic because it’s horrible. FIX IT.
-
Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported@Xplornet Up to, poor guy doesn't even know he's straight up getting lied to. The xplornet customers should start paying "up to" 100% of our bills.
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet "Finding an ISP that actually works" is hardly adapting or innovating, but it is what's required the thrive. Maybe you could attempt to actually serve your customers and help out with that? Might be asking too much of @APLenehan to give up some of that cash though.
-
Stephanie West (@SWestyyyy13) reported@Xplornet Your customer service is the worst. Technicians came to the house and "fixed" our internet. IT STILL DOESN'T WORK. Now we have to open a new case despite your technicians not doing their job the first time?!
