    @XplornetSupport xplornet has over sold our tower so I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for a service I am not receiving as a consumer this is aggravating. 24mb/s is my plan on any given day we are only getting 1-2mb/s. Get it together you need to be doing better.

    Advice for #Stonepeak if acquiring @Xplornet : Dont mess up a good thing. The service they provide is superior because they are mostly Maritimers. They treat employees well. If anything just give them raises to attract better talent.

    @CRTCeng @CRTChearings @CCTS_CPRST customers wait on the phone 50 mins for tech support. to be told, unplug the modem. LOL. thats the extent of @Xplornet tech support because its Xplornet using ITMP&throttling. that is why they never offer any solutions. Hide behind call center

    xplornet is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Had better internet here 14 years ago. xplornet took over 8 years ago & is the only ISP here atm. Internet has got progressively worse. Zero customer service & they lie. @CRTCeng @CCTS_CPRST @CRTChearings

    @todmaffin @ShawInfo @TELUS Consider yourself lucky. In my small town the best I can get is 25 down and 5 up. I have a choice of Bell DSL, Xplornet or some local guy selling radio internet.

    further updates on the status of the LTE upgrades. Thank you from Nathan Scott. Less than dialup speeds today. spikes of 0 service. 1 hour wait time for technical support to lie to me and tell stories like last time. Straight up tried to lie to me & admitted it was BS. @xplornet

    @StephanieinMB @Xplornet Sounds familiar. It took us three days to even get a call for service - and then forever for that company to have availability.

    @Xplornet This is hilarious! You had to offer this because customers (certainly me) waste SO much data, having to constantly reload interrupted pages. A fluid internet connection would be nice. You know, full service since I'm paying full $.

    @Xplornet worse.internet.ever. You'd be hard pressed to find any service more unreliable, sketchy, or slow. Ok, to be fair, dial-up (for those who remember it) would be worse.

    @StephanieinMB @Xplornet We went over a week without service in the summer and it was so frustrating. Always promising better service - I just want consistent service! Getting what I pay for would be nice!
