-
Laura Kennedy (@laumiken) reported@Xplornet It's not a "connection problem". It's a problem with terrible internet service. We've called for support many times. The support staff can't fix poor internet quality!
-
Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet EIGHT DAYS I've been waiting now for "troubleshooting" to fix your "known issue" with the network, as you clearly stated to CCTS in defence of your terrible service. If you have a "known issue" delivering service, why are you still charging full price for it??? Absolute Crooks.
-
Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @ellenrhudson For anyone thinking about becoming a customer...These guys relplied to my CCTS complaint about lack of speed indicating that THEY KNOW that they CAN'T PROVIDE what they are charging me for because of a KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT This is IN WRITING. I can share the letter.
-
Rebecca Parker (@sheepfarmbecca) reported@Xplornet This not a new problem. It is constant.
-
Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported@albertaFreedom1 @ruralroots780 I was going to switch back xplornet this summer. But when the tech came out, he couldn't get me on tower 2k down the road, as it was oversold. So I'd get slower speeds.
-
Rob Gilliland (@RobScarthCattle) reported@jsjlivestock @Xplornet Their customer service sucked when we had them. Had Netset with no complaints, and then Xplornet took them over. Reliability and service went way downhill. But the bullet and installed RFNow fibre optic. Absolutely love it.
-
Dalyse Robertson (@RobertsonDalyse) reported@jsjlivestock @scott_perkin @Xplornet That’s a load of bull. Any good router will be better than their crap. If you need a new one get a good TP link in upper $100 range. Their excuse every time is “it’s your router.” #fraud
-
Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported@jsjlivestock @scott_perkin @Xplornet It’s garbage. Last night couldn’t do anything with it. It’s ridiculous. Starlink soon I sure hope. Can’t wait for the day to cancel this **** service
-
Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet If you strapped a hard drive to the back of that deer it would move the data faster than your network.
-
James Jasper (@jsjlivestock) reported@RobScarthCattle @Xplornet Good to know. I wonder how many signatures a guy would need to get it down #21 to Hartney.
