    We are now over 12 months since @developns announced that @Xplornet won the contract for #RuralInternet improvements in @MunColchester and #Cumberland, and yet the website still states that the network plans are still "In Development." Whats wrong with this picture?

    @FShitpaws I know your pain all too well. Finally got rid of it when Xplornet started offering their LTE service here
