@LotSixteen @kbcmc @Xplornet As long as you can return the router if it doesn't help (and it’s worth $120 in less frustration to you if it does) it’s worth a shot.

@Xplornet I have called a number of times regarding our issues. I’ve done the unplug/ plug back in thing, the speed test, the plugging directly in to my computer, checking hardware, checking how many devices are using wifi...etc etc. It’s changed nothing.

@Xplornet down again. Thought I was going to hear from someone in escalated support team. So far no.

@Xplornet it would be fabulous customer service to use social media to inform customers of known outages ...responding with suggestion to call technicians just overloads your reps for absolutely no reason... Just a thought🤔

@Xplornet Back at the cottage to our 2mbps internet again tonight. It was literally never under 20 mbps all last year. What has changed with the Bouctouche NB service? May need to look another solution soon. This is not useful internet speed at all. Very annoyed again this weekend.

@Xplornet I'm at a loss. No internet for the 4th week. First tech would not accept service request because I was not in their service area. Second tech unable to repair as he does not have equipment to repair Satelite LTE. What's next?
