    @TELUS has the worst service available. Crappy Xplornet looks like a dream compared to the bandwidth that has been oversold to the point that cellular doesn't work. Tin cans & string would work as well to contact my family. @TELUSsupport says they won't care til competition hits!

    @Theangryleaf1 @Xplornet We ditched xplornet a couple of weeks ago at our cottage. The past year during the pandemic when we needed to work & study from home, we couldn’t spend much time at the cottage cuz xplornet hardly worked & was too slow. Now we pay less & have a fast reliable isp.

    @Xplornet so if you only give us 5% of the service your promise in our contract does that mean I only have to pay 5% off my bill? Or should all your executives be put in prison for fraud and extortion?

    @RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella people complain too much xplornet or bell would never apologize in the manner Rogers has xplornet would give me less than 5down on a daily basis everyday during peek times it would sometimes go down to kbps

    @pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.

    @Xplornet Nope. You scammed many Niagara customers when you bought out a local provider but didn’t put any of us on xplornet infrastructure, just left us on existing network your services couldn’t operate on. You charged customers for service you couldn’t and didn’t intend to provide.

    So, I now have a service agreement I was never aware of, and 2 different responses from @Xplornet CSRs about the problem that is giving me download speeds of less than 1 Mbps and it's apparently been going on for a week. Stay tuned. I look forward to speaking with the /7
