@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

@Xplornet I did the restart Customer Prem Demarc equipment as well as any firewall/router for home wifi etc here & nothing worked to solve it I used the login to the modem provided & checked stats there also and nothing changed It was data traffic congestion due oversold network hardware

@mogrant61 It was a far larger problem during her brief tenure as Premier. After that LTE smarthubs and more extensive Xplornet coverage were options; and Starlink is about to be widely available filling the rest of the gaps.

@mrandell15 @gmcdparsons @DonnieOK Just checked. Read a bit of it and the price is the same I think so it’s service now that I’d be interested in. Xplornet charges way to much for service calls

@Xplornet your customer service is a joke… 2+ hours on hold and counting… 5 transfers and no one has actually been the correct department to help me!

@Xplornet are we down at Beach corner after the maintenance?

@Xplornet I am at the end of my rope. Every day a customer service agent gives me a new reason that my internet is less than 1MB. Apparently, even in November on a clear, sunny day, it's wind, rain, and foliage that are the issue. We pay for a service. Deliver it. It's that easy

Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported
@Xplornet Why? I cancelled your bad service years ago, FOR THE SAME ISSUE. And now you've bought CCI, I'm forced to pay more than you advertise, for bad service. Because I'm now a "new" customer. I'd rather get a ROOT CANAL, then "troubleshoot" with you.
