@Xplornet Regrettably @xplornet should be called Xpoornet. Vastly oversubscribed, terrible download rates, hugely uncompetitive.

@Xplornet And now you’re doing gigabit to compete with starlink you have no interest in the customers them self only to sell what you have to and make money I know in the past you would upgrade some towers but it would never be enough to fix your speed issues

@Xplornet Will literally give you 80 Kbps for a download sometimes when your oversold towers are congested you said weather doesn’t affect your service and will it minorly affects your fixed wireless service to say this about your satellite services it’s just absurd

@Xplornet Oversold your towers in the past and fixing them now that there’s other options doesn’t make that right not to say I wouldn’t be satisfied with the service working but you know what you did and Because of that me and several other people are still being affected

@jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once

@miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

Hey @Xplornet - it’s been over a week since our custom business domain has been down. No resolution after hours on the phone w/ your tech team. The pandemic is difficult enough on small business, you’ve further marginalized our ability to run a business during lockdown.

@Xplornet I know that my tower is getting upgraded and I’m more than happy with the people just doing their job by phoning me because they’re not the cause of my service being slow yes you’re upgrading and building more towers and you’re fixing your service but you deliberately

@Xplornet Just got the confirmation that intent will be down from 8am - 10pm tomorrow again. Two days without access to online learning for students and internet for this working from home. Beyond frustrating!!
