@Xplornet You'd figure people wouldn't dump on your posts full of puppies, veterans, and nature, but this is how angry your customers are. And you continue to ignore it. Xplornet is a terrible ISP, avoid xplornet.

@Xplornet wonders why I don't call their 1-800 # for help. Because it's useless. I get better results when I tweet that I have 0 internet and will have to work remotely for 8 hrs off my cell data - like today! Vicinity of Godfrey, ON needs fixing!!!

So there's a storm set to hit tonight that's likely going to delay my Starlink by a day. I'm going to blame Xplornet for this. If they think it's reasonable to charge me for their complete inability to provide the contracted service, then I can think this is reasonable as well.

@TKC_1233 @WaveDirect1 @Xplornet Well there are times my wifi is **** and I have wave direct! Almost every day our signal drops and if I had another option where I am I would look at switching

@Xplornet Called tech support and got the old, “Unplug your router...Oh that didn’t work? Then pay $120 for a service call, or add an extra $7.50 a month to you bill for the extended warranty, and then we’ll come fix the **** equipment we installed.” What you guys do should be criminal.

This lack of internet service lately is ridiculous. I'm still a paying customer @Xplornet. Fix your Vanscoy tower please. I haven't been able to reliably connect in a week now.
