@Making8 @Xplornet I was able to get it after about 4 months waiting. I thinks it's actually better now. Support is not great but it's pretty much trouble free after it's setup. We're getting 80 mbps downloads instead of 3-4, so well worth it.

@Xplornet The tech people admitted to us they would not service the CCI tower until all CCI people came off them but they had no Xplornet ones we could switch to and we were NOT going to go on their satellite plan as they couldn't guarantee service would be better. 2/2

@Gudie Meanwhile Xplornet is cutting off satellite service to remote clients in the Yukon (or those north of Whitehorse). Could we use some of that money to extend the service here until an affordable alternative provider can be found? @drbrendanhanley @Premier_Silver

@Xplornet @Rosebuddy1973 Why is your service so bad? Every week unplanned disruptions. Why do you not notify your customers in advance. That’s what proper companies do!!!

@Rogers I had this with Xplornet before and at peak times it was very poor. I'll pass, I'm looking for stable fiber op type connection. Please pass this along, I think Rogers wired high speed is nearby!

@Xplornet We happy to switch from Xplornet to be on CCI after waiting years until there was a tower that would be line of site. Xplornet was always offline just when I needed it for my work. So now after Xplornet took over CCI the EXACT same problems are happening. 1/2

@Xplornet Hi! happy customer (on the LTE package) based in Prince Edward County. Is there an outage in my area? Is there a webpage for xplornet that i can go to? If not, I believe investing in a status page would save customer confusion and time spent for your call centre reps

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Had to do the same. They just can’t compete with the speed and reliability of Starlink. Xplornet did have great customer service but that can’t compensate for a poor product they aren’t upgrading.

@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet Yeah, I already had done that begire I called. My speeds were faster for upload than download, and then they were like "oh, we forgot, you have an outage in your area!"
