Scott Phillips, CCA (@scottp_1) reported@Xplornet is getting desperate, calling customers offering renewals on the same ****** service for $2.25/mo less but start new contract. Offering labor coverage on equipment warranty as a carrot. #starlink is going to kill them
-
Saittech (@Saittech89) reported@Xplornet is the worst internet provider. Pay for 25Mb download and I can barely get 2Mb. I call and they say its peak time and there is nothing they can do. how about don't overload your system. Can't wait for my Starlink to arrive. Pay less for WAY more and no data caps.

Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @lewisbron But you aren't sorry, @Xplornet. If you were sorry, you would fix the problem. What you are, is doomed. Canadians will never forgive you for what you've done once they have another option. #starlinkforthewin
-
Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @ScoobertDaneDoo Yeah...they did just contact you @xplornet, why wait on hold for hours on end just to have you explain how to unplug/replug for 3 solid minutes of half-decent service?
-
Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Xplornet @Nep03034037 But you're not "sorry", @xplornet. If you were truly sorry, you would fix the issues, rather than continue to take advantage. The only way out of the PR nightmare you've created is to truly apologise and back it up with results. #YourDaysAreNumbered #StarlinkForTheWin
