Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@MajJensen3 @OJoelsen Why would he? In 2021 I bought a house on a paved road 6kms from a small town. Not even Xplornet was available. Cell signal very weak. If not for Starlink, I and many others would have no internet access.

James Carruthers (@HydraulicDesign) reported@xplore_ca sent someone to "upgrade" my service to a new nearby tower and my service went from "fair" to "almost unusable." The contractor brushed off my immediately noticing it was worse as if I can't tell the difference between my wifi and my Net speed.

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@xplore_ca I have called tech support 50 times and they can’t fix the issue. It’s too many customers on the Pugwash Nova Scotia tower. You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

Georgia, yr comics teacher (@voiceshapes) reportedAnyone have Xplornet & can’t get consistent service with a 3rd party router? Really want to keep using what I have but my access keeps cutting, like a few times a day - the router says it’s the modem & the modem says it’s the router 😭 Both support services can’t figure it out
-
Oscar Diaz (@tecnogreen) reported@xplore_ca, when will you guys restore the Internet service in Standoff? No service for almost 24 hours? I called support and left 3 VM, and no update so far.

High Caliber (@RealHICALIBER) reported@PersonNotGroup @TheQuartering We got the same service Jeremy has (starlink) or we couldn't have done what he did. We found 52 acres WAAAAY up in the rockies, no cell coverage at all, but we needed internet of course. Xplornet was the only previous option, and not at all reliable.

The Mini we have on the trucks ,we are seldom under 350 mbs even doing 65 mph down the highway. We had Bell,it went down more than my ex wife, samething with Xplornet,Telus. Starlink has been the best to date.
