@JacquiDow1 @pgoodfellow @OrbitStudios I used to enjoy spotify when I had good reliable internet, but I moved to rural SE Ont where Xplornet is the only option...and it sucks.

  • Trvlrgirl64 LEW (@Trvlrgirl64) reported

@Xplornet Please let me know if there is a problem with the Ste Genevieve tower in Manitoba. I have no connection. I also do not have 43 mins+ to hold on the phone. In the interest of better Customer Service, please consider updating your website with Issues and Outages.

  • ggkavana Glenn Kavanagh (@ggkavana) reported

@KenJKavanagh @Xplornet Have they tried doing any trouble-shooting remotely?

  • EdgeInnovations Edge Innovations Inc. (@EdgeInnovations) reported

@Xplornet Please give a reason why your towers randomly cut internet (or slow it down to a halt). I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.

  • BenHelleman Ben Helleman (@BenHelleman) reported

@Xplornet Unfortunately my 50/10 service gives me 10/1 after service was done on the network lol. Hope you can fix it, because I sure don't feel like paying for it.

  • RobertStope1973 Robert Mcelroy (@RobertStope1973) reported

@Mullin_95 @Xplornet You will never regret that decision

  • RektifyCrypto Rektify (@RektifyCrypto) reported

@dat3010 @thunderf00t Yes, Xplornet is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Additionally I had to run a VPN to avoid their periodic disconnections for using a streaming service like netflix or youtube. I am beyond thankful for Starlink, even if Elon is a snake oil salesman.

  • theloudlady Catherine Hernandez (@theloudlady) reported

We have to invest in an unlimited mobile hotspot for now while we wait for our Starlink satellite service for later this year. I have tried execulink, vmedia, kwic, storm, xplornet, kos, Rogers, Bell, Teksavvy, Cogeco.

  • LFarmakoulas L. Farmakoulas (@LFarmakoulas) reported

@cranroast We do pretty good here with Starlink. It didn’t like the freezing rain/ice pellets a couple of days ago. I’ll tell you, my last tweet to you with 3 images, would never have been sent successfully on Xplornet.

  • rliwczak Rickdiculous (@rliwczak) reported

@Xplornet how long will you be down this time . 20 mins west of Didsbury.....
