    Middle of the day, nice weather. Internet keeps going up and down for no reason. This is exactly why we are leaving ... xplornet SUCKS. You can get speeds up to......! (But you probably won't!!!) @SucksXplornet

    @Nagem_Senoj Xplornet sucks. For the past year it would not work for hours at a time every day and when it did work it was so slow even when we had several technicians fix things and we paid fir faster speed. Just switched ISP. So fast, reliable & cheaper. & now we can watch netflix.

    @Xplornet We live in the Brookville ON area. We pay for a 25mg download. It NEVER get anywhere near that speed with regular signal drops. 50 km from the core of Toronto! If Bell would run fibe here I would drop your “service” immediately. Over charged and under serviced. Brutal

    @Xplornet Things are resolved. The contractor was able to explain the problem and resolve it. Your CSRs were not able to adequately provide an explanation. It was apparent that they were unaware of what was happening in the field. You communication to clients was poor. /1

    @Xplornet so if you only give us 5% of the service your promise in our contract does that mean I only have to pay 5% off my bill? Or should all your executives be put in prison for fraud and extortion?

    @Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    @pgarvpoultry @BotTheWrongDip We recently switched. Xplornet never worked properly. Every day this past year it would not work for hours and we paid a lot & it was so slow, couldn’t watch netflix. Had several “repairs” but it was still awful. We switched to a competitor that’s fast, reliable & cheaper.
