@Xplornet This hurts University of Lethbridge more than it helps them. I wouldn't go anywhere they only have xplornet available. Avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP.

@Xplornet Yah I've been doing that for 3 YEARS!!! And guess what! My internet still doesn't work, no one will help and the company won't send a technician to fix it! So what does a person do when the company they PAY for a service doesn't provide the service or assistance????

@2closetocall @EricViola_ @CurtisFric I can live with a percentage of your tax dollars making it so Xplornet isn't allowed to price gouge anymore. I won't lose too much sleep over it. Many rural people who were forced to do work/school over Zoom calls literally had zero options because of how bad xplornet is.

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet Worst internet ever. We left @Xplornet as soon as another option became available but suffered through three years of incredibly slow internet and ridiculous data limits. Good riddance!
