@SucksXplornet If I ever do get mail from Xplornet it’s likely something very suspicious 😒 but then I just have to not tell anyone so I don’t lose my iPhone 📱 and let my parents deal with and take care of their own issues just like I take care of mine

. @Xplornet offered to waive overage fees during covid. This offer suddenly stops and now I’m on the hook for close to $400! I didn’t even know I was over!! Been a customer since 2013 and customer ser. basically told me to cancel my service if I didn’t like it. So disappointed.

@billgatescooka @Xplornet Yeah. That’s what they do. Because they can, with those two little words “up to”. They don’t have to provide you with what you pay for, so long as your internet is “working” they don’t give a ****. I’ve been with xploitnet for 20 years bud. They’re the worst.
