@CRTCeng @Xplornet charges me $165 for 150GB and states up to 1 mbps up and up to 23mbps down. I get 0.4 up and 1.6 down. I get 50% up and 14% down which is ridiculous and a rip off. What's your role and btw it is not just me as you are probably aware already. @MaryamMonsef

  • Dwhylehn slurs for tourists (@Dwhylehn) reported

It's the second story and unfinished attic. Everything except internet and laundry is included. And it's only $785 /month. I have fibre op 100mb/s that's like $122 a month, it is also set up for xplornet. It gets cold in the winter, but I've run two space heaters with no issue.

@Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!

  • 4mlm3 Maureen (@4mlm3) reported

@Xplornet My service has been down all day (Eastern Ontario). I work from home and need to know if I will be able to work tomorrow. Please give us an estimation of the time we can expect our service to be back. I know stuff happens, but surely by now you must have an estimate.

  • FloraPreston10 Flora Preston (@FloraPreston10) reported

@HigginsRon @koopy @Xplornet Had the same problem today. I am wondering if the internet is bogged down by the high Olympic traffic on it.

  • 4mlm3 Maureen (@4mlm3) reported

@Xplornet can we get an estimate for when service will be back up in Southeastern Ontario?

  • brycevaughn53 Bryce Vaughn (@brycevaughn53) reported

@elonmusk my Starlink package came in and along with a few others in an isolated community in Oxford House, Mb. Can. We're all going to get rid of the @Xplornet's slow and very expensive "high speed" service. The whole people in the community are planning to get Starlink internet

  • middle_over Middle of the Road and Driven Over (@middle_over) reported

@strathconian Forgive my ignorance on the issue, but why can people in rural areas not subscribe to one of the satellite internet services, such as xplornet?

  • Feefyou Dan K (@Feefyou) reported

@Xplornet - I have never seen such a dismal display of product and customer service in one. Just when you thought the big companies like BELL had a monopoly on terrible service, Xplornet has topped them. We upgraded our service only to get 1/2 the speed (not 1/2 the speed...

  • WynnterB wynnterbloom (@WynnterB) reported

@VoosieVooters @APLenehan @Xplornet Just because we live in rural Canada we should have to accept whatever we can get from ISPs? I have never achieved the level of connectivity I was assured when I joined. Zero reliability. Zero accountability. Zero concern for customer satisfaction.
