No internet at all since 1:30pm today. Coming up on nine hours. The other day it was over 12 hours. I know I talk a lot of trash about @Xplornet, but this is unacceptable. I wonder what it's like for @APLenehan, knowing how many rural Canadians he's letting down on the daily.

@Mark_Goldberg @multiplesourc13 @Xplornet Have there been any studies done that give guidance to what affordable rates are for rural wireless service? Are providers like Xplornet pricing themselves to low to provide adequate service and that is resulting in dissatisfied customers looking for alternatives such as Starlink

@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.

@Xplornet 30 minutes on the phone with a moron telling me to unplug my router over and over again? No thanks! Your tech support is a useless as the internet service you provide.

Another useful tidbit: @Xplornet has confirmed my signal quality is high enough to get the package speed of 25/2. (Or is it 1.5? or 2.5?) The fact I've never reliably had that speed means that since signing up for service they've been "managing" the traffic to account for load..

Seriously @Xplornet fix your network. I haven't had a connection all day, and it's been down more than up over the last week. I get not commiting to speeds, but you're not even meeting the definition of a connection right now.

@harrbca The last time we spoke to Xplornet they said there's an ongoing investigation for issues with that tower, Blackstrap and two others. My wife asked if they were just talking about thinking about fixing it or actually working to fix it...

@MulliganCBC listening to city people complain about internet speed is interesting. Don't move to anyplace in NB that only has rural Xplornet service, because it's expensive, slow, and unreliable.

@Xplornet There's our wonderful government throwing away tax dollars at horrible evil corporations filled with garbage employees and garbage services.

@Xplornet Poor bastards. I could yell through a can and string to send a message faster than with Xplornet.
