@Xplornet Is this why you don't respect your customers? You treat them like cattle? Your marketing is getting as bad as your service. People aren't stupid, all your retweets to bury these doesn't work either. Avoid xplornet. #starlink #cancelxplornet

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

Someone let me know today that @Xplornet would be happy to talk to me if I reached out to them. I've tried guys. Dozens of times. The last time a tech came the situation got worse not better. At this point I'm just biding my time until I can get service elsewhere.

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

my Stable Highspeed service that @Xplornet is providing is "Up to" its normal quality. I can't even load the speedtest page to see how slow it is! @SucksXplornet I think I should start paying them "Up TO" the amount they demand on the bill based on the same "quality"of service

  • timkingsbury tim kingsbury (@timkingsbury) reported

@GarthTwitchell Well there is room for real high speed upload (10mps) & download (min 25 mps) at less cost & better service than Xplornet so if @magenetworks can do that I'm in. If they are another "want-to-be" at big $ & false promises then no interest!

  • retroflya retroflier (@retroflya) reported

For the past few weeks I’ve been seeing upload speeds of 50-78kbps - that’s an impressive new low for @Xplornet. Got in touch with customer service and was smarmily told ‘well, your plan only guarantees UP to 1mbps upload speeds, so that’s fine.’ BRUH, 78KBPS

  • Xela_Nitram Greensville AM (@Xela_Nitram) reported

@spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet Once fully built out, Starlink is intended to serve 485,000 connections in the US at 100Mbps. That's just under 0.15% of the population. The entire network is limited to 48.5Tbps. For perspective, the company I design for supports 46Tbps through a single ethernet switch

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Your customers are looking for decent and reliable service, all you post are pictures that could be just about anywhere. Let me guess, this oil pump is 30m UP TO 58KM away from one of your towers? #cancelxplornet

  • BranderScott scott brander (@BranderScott) reported

@Xplornet @StephenRLee Don't worry he will be pissed off about your lousy service soon enough

  • gilgrimes Gil Grimes (@gilgrimes) reported

@Xplornet @GavinDawn Believe me if I had any other option where I am I would give it a chance. It could not be any worse than your service has been. Where is @SpaceX and their service? I am switching as soon as they are available

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@SpaceX and @elonmusk must see how I treat my current ISP @Xplornet and think, "man I don't think we could handle it if we were on the end of that abuse" and that's why I still can't get service.
