    @xplore_ca Been dealing with an issue since November. I had 3 routers & 3 accounts. Went down to 2 accounts w new equipment. Now my new equipment doesn’t work & my account was cancelled. Tech sup is as confused as I am. It’s Friday, I have no internet probably all weekend. Great!

    @ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.

    lol Xplornet thinks I’m gonna wait six days for them to come fix my internet. If it’s not done by Monday they’ll never see another dime. @Bell would you like a new customer? Who wouldn’t?

    @Addy_Bo @CBCNS @nsgov Yup, definitely rural... although not by much. Less than 10 minutes to the 102 highway. Xplornet "delivered" "highspeed" LTE service to the area...

    Looks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

    @xplore_ca You need to fix your internet it's getting really annoying I use YouTube to help me sleep and it never works I try resetting and nothing
