@Xplornet Too little, too late. Your technology is outdated. I hope you have some new tech coming to compete with Starlink. The high ping and poor connection quality is not up to the 2021 standard.

Do you know what’s fun? Waiting half an hour for what was supposed to be a 17 minute callback and instead of being sent to customer service being sent directly to the survey and being hung up on. Can’t even manage that eh @xplornet

It's the second story and unfinished attic. Everything except internet and laundry is included. And it's only $785 /month. I have fibre op 100mb/s that's like $122 a month, it is also set up for xplornet. It gets cold in the winter, but I've run two space heaters with no issue.

@Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!
