@Xplornet I assume the French words that should have gone along with this photo got stuck somewhere in your network and only the photo managed to escape.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@JeddorePhil @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet If you use voip or anything like that, jitter and latency will affect the quality of voice communications. May be very bad with those stats.

  • hu90885856 nairb (@hu90885856) reported

XPLORNET did nothing to resolve their phone service problem and told me to resolve with BELL. A Xplornet manager was very unpleasant and would only say, repeatedly, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I have had to return to BELL for a satisfactory phone service.

A rural Nova Scotia family with two young kids would love to beta test @SpaceXStarlink Tower based internet not an option, cell coverage weak and Xplornet slow at best. 👋

  • JeddorePhil wejitu ⌛️ (@JeddorePhil) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet That's my old service. Had it for like 5 years now I think. Maybe more.

  • Jmacmunn1 J macmunn (@Jmacmunn1) reported

@Xplornet @FrankReardon1 True customer service wouldn't require phone call. Don't they know of lockdowns, true customer service should be proactive not just reactive. I moved on from Xplornet due to service issues

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@mwest_ What do u mean there isn't 2 sides? I've met people w/ Xplornet, SSi, Iristel. Sure they are small, maybe not the best compared to fibre. But that's the thing, all these ppl want choice they don't want NWTel & are w. other players for a reason. Perhaps service differentiation?

  • JeddorePhil wejitu ⌛️ (@JeddorePhil) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Service will be better quality afaik.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@OntFarmerNews @Xplornet @Sharon_Grose If we tied bits to each rain drop, collected them in a barrel, somehow extracted those bits from the collected rain, and then put them on a hard drive, it would still be faster than your service.
