@baagheecha @Xplornet Better make sure they don't remove the radio that was sending you internet entirely Several months we were told it's a problem on our end and need to pay them to replace everything, And when it didnt work, they wanted to do that again, but there wasnt even support on their end

@Xplornet Dont forget Most people only have internet speeds for 6 days and you're put right back to 1.6 download speeds they wont change and never will i suggest anyone here *Go to Starlink and sign up beta is about to go public

@Xplornet Oh man they are soooooo lucky!!!!! The get to pay for speeds "up to 50 Mbps" while never achieving more than 5 Mbps!!!!! And then get your speeds throttled back to about 2 Mbps while trying to use that unlimited data after you go over your real data limit!!!!!!

@Xplornet Your phone # 1800 841 6001 must have been hacked. Trying to call support and a recording comes on telling me I won something.?? I need to talk to someone to suspend my internet for the winter

Oh man I left my telus hub downloading New World forgot to use my wife's Xplornet gone since 2pm got back at 10 and it's only at 10gb. Damn not til tommorrow I guess

@Xplornet When are you going to reimburse me for 1. The wrong router. 2. The internet is down and has been for a few days. I believe we were quite silly to go back to you guess. I guess we should have learnt our lesson the first time
