Indubitably Tho (@IndubitablyTho) reported@preta_6 With Starlink, while not as fast as Telus fibre (right now), you can look forward to incremental upgrades in speed, and equipment, over time. I suggested to a client suffering with only the choice of Xplornet (crap speed + outages) switch to Starlink back in 2020. Installation couldn't have been easier and reliability of his Internet connection immediately stabilized. Everything has got better since, including being sent the latest hardware for free. Starlink's plans for continuously upgrading their satellite constellation were the deal maker for me - and should be for others suffering under Xplornet.

AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported@xplore_ca Its actually IMPOSSIBLE to meet any deadlines with this quality. Moving is not an option. This is not my problem. Its pretty sad when employees admit the over-crowed panels that customers are on.

There’s no other companies out here though so you have no other option. They know this and take advantage which is why there’s a class action against them right now

Uploading files for work is a nightmare Video calls cant hear me because im a robot.

Farming in Ontario (Leasa Janssen) (@RuralOntWoman) reported@xplore_ca Your Internet connection is very slow. Your Internet download speed is very low. Web browsing should work, but videos could load slowly. ~Can't wait until Roger's has the cable done for our area.
