@Xplornet Thanks for the reply, no longer a customer

  • berkel_mike Mike Berkel (@berkel_mike) reported

It’s hard to believe when your @Xplornet internet goes down it’ll take 17 days to get a technician out but you can get a new install from the competition in 4 days. #servicefail

  • MissElle1212 Miss_Elle (@MissElle1212) reported

@Xplornet 24 hours later and let me guess…still diligently trying to restore service in Greater Napanee? That cut and paste response needs to be updated. Terrible.

  • NancyBuchanan12 Nancy Buchanan (@NancyBuchanan12) reported

@Xplornet I don’t just rant on the internet for no reason. You’ve been “looking into” this for the past month. Someone on your end dropped the ball here and you are trying to blame us financially for your problem.

  • chalackd Dano (@chalackd) reported

@TariqElnaga And what's the chances that they'll be offering funding to awful, monopolistic and deceptive Xplornet to expand their predatory and overpriced rural 'services'...

  • TheHersh Amy Hersenhoren (@TheHersh) reported

I’m trying to cancel internet services with a Canadian company. It should take 20 minutes. I spoke to someone for 5 minutes and was passed to “loyalty” to complete the process. On hold for an hour. Is it really a surprise you are losing all your biz to @SpaceXStarlink @Xplornet ?

  • SafetyCarm Carmella Steinke (@SafetyCarm) reported

@erdocmom @TELUS This is great to hear! Our bandwidth with Xplornet is so bad we added a Telus Hub (yes we pay for 2 internet providers), and still have some issues.

  • nature_backpack Nature’s Backpack (@nature_backpack) reported

@Xplornet I have called, even with a discount, it is still expensive for the slow service.

  • cartooningguy Eric Davidson (@cartooningguy) reported

@Xplornet Glad somebody’s getting better service! Our tower near Wooler, ON was supposed to be upgraded in the 1st QTR of 2022. Guess that’s not happening. 🤨

  • SteveMcCabe73 Steve McCabe (@SteveMcCabe73) reported

@jzantinge2 I have Xplornet….it’s not half bad half the time.
