@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Once I get mine hooked up Telus is out the door. And once I get access to my business line they are toast there as well. Worst service ever.

@Gudie Meanwhile Xplornet is cutting off satellite service to remote clients in the Yukon (or those north of Whitehorse). Could we use some of that money to extend the service here until an affordable alternative provider can be found? @drbrendanhanley @Premier_Silver

@Bell_Support @Bell Bad customer service and no call notifying me they cancelled the appointment (Book 2 weeks ago) to install Wireless Home Internet. If you want my business you need to wave the fee or @Xplornet will. The Tech workload should not affect me.

@Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.

@jstadtke1 @Xplornet Starting day 9 w-out service. Upgraded my data plan for $15 mo. x 12 = $180 as daily charges too high. Don’t know yet Mom’s costs. Drove fr friend’s w/ wifi ( 4 work) to receive 8:15 - 8:30 call re: 2nd repair time. Came @ 9. Should’ve been fixed the 1st time! Unacceptable!
