@Xplornet We happy to switch from Xplornet to be on CCI after waiting years until there was a tower that would be line of site. Xplornet was always offline just when I needed it for my work. So now after Xplornet took over CCI the EXACT same problems are happening. 1/2

  • jstadtke1 Jennifer Stadtke (@jstadtke1) reported

@mrrgteacher @Xplornet Our service 5 minutes north of the 401 is so inconsistent that we wish dial up was back

  • ingenity SonofSpooner (@ingenity) reported

@Brad_BC_Canada I was wondering when that going to happen. Perhaps more IoT/IPv6 surveillance trinkets are coming on stream. Might explain the lack of explanation. Still beats the crap out of my Xplornet

  • adambecevello Adam Becevello (@adambecevello) reported

@gbeldam @Xplornet We are on @Xplornet at our cottage and honestly the second I get my Starlink dish and service set up I’m cancelling the crap xplornet service and never looking back.

  • ChrisLaBossiere Chris LaBossiere 🌻 🇺🇦 (@ChrisLaBossiere) reported

Cancelling rural internet with @Xplornet - as they fight the expansion of Starlink at 20X's the speeds, is a customer experience worth selling tickets to. The "Loyalty" department is kind of angry right now and I can't imagine the training needed for them to stay on script.

  • dusttheliberal2 “Fringe Minority” Bill🇨🇦 (@dusttheliberal2) reported

@Xplornet Your service is garbage, it should be a crime that you have a virtual monopoly on service to rural internet, your technician was just here and I was getting tons of service, then he pulled out of the driveway and same typical junk, how much government subsidies do you get

  • MeanGeneOil MeanGene (@MeanGeneOil) reported

@Xplornet I actually moved homes so I didn’t have to put up with Xplornet. Never heard of starlink… probably because my internet was so bad.

  • seanphwood_sean Sean Hollywood (@seanphwood_sean) reported

@Xplornet @Rosebuddy1973 Why is your service so bad? Every week unplanned disruptions. Why do you not notify your customers in advance. That’s what proper companies do!!!

  • gbeldam Greg Beldam (@gbeldam) reported

Just found out that @Xplornet blocked my account on Twitter? That’s nice customer service.

  • NewtAedes Aedes Scheer 💙💛 (@NewtAedes) reported

@Gudie Meanwhile Xplornet is cutting off satellite service to remote clients in the Yukon (or those north of Whitehorse). Could we use some of that money to extend the service here until an affordable alternative provider can be found? @drbrendanhanley @Premier_Silver
