Jason Cadenhead (@CadenheadJason) reported@Xplornet @CarrieOwen07 Scared when starlink comes online for most people? Canceling your garbage internet and cust. Service
-
Dale Ketcheson (@KetchesonDale) reported@jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels
-
Stephen Robson (@stephenlrobson) reported@Xplornet You could have been a lot more proactive in notifying your users and let them know you were working on it. This isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last. Your internet service is meh at best, your customer service is just the worst!

brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported@Xplornet No I’d rather stay inside and just hog all the bandwidth on your oversold network with my VPN
-
lilly (@CaraleeBolton) reported@Xplornet Thank you for your reply.. do you have any way to communicate that to customers at the time? It was frustrating to be out with no communication on that is was a large scale outage...with kids at home online a small update would go a long way! Thx

owenfrank (@owenfrank) reported@seguincbc Xplornet Satellite is slow (faster then dial up is all I will say) in comparison to most because of the location of the satellite used, Xplornet LTE, if it is available, is a good choice. I can only get satellite as there is not even cell service where I live

Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported@Xplornet They are dropping there prices. When I called to cancel cause I got Starlink they offered a whole 25% off. But just for six months then back to full price for there **** service. NO THANKS.
