@Xplornet My wifi has been terrible lately, I can’t wait till starlink comes out, would rather pay $130 a month with speeds of 150mb down and 50 up with 20-40 ping instead of $110 a month for 2mb down and 2mb up and 80+ ping ive called support many times but there’s nothing they can do.

  • RobOatway Oatsey (@RobOatway) reported

@CBCOntarioToday Southeastern Ontario is suffering too. Xplornet is garbage, and internet has screeched to a halt many days so far in 2021. I live near Sydenham and internet w/350Mbps downloads is available less than 200m away, yet I’m told I can’t get the same where I am 😡

  • willoagr Dave Elliott CCA On (@willoagr) reported

@lammy9661 @Xplornet @TELUSsupport Yes Kevin ours is not working either. If other businesses offered service like internet companies offer service to rural customers they would be run out of town

  • Gillam527 Colleen Gillam (@Gillam527) reported

@Xplornet My internet has been down all day in central Alberta when will it be fixed. Terrible customer service

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet instead of posting this garbage that no one cares about why don't you post about your infrastructure considering half of it is oversold probably more than half knowing you guys it would be nice to know whether you're upgrading **** that should have been upgraded several years ago

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@Fred_Wreck1983 @fastjeff @Xplornet They should be posting pictures of their (sub-contracted) crews doing work, like running fiber, or erecting towers, or installing antennas on customer's homes. Something to prove that things are happening in areas where they've been given government funds!

  • PaulRenaud613 Virtual Nonsense (@PaulRenaud613) reported

@Xplornet I called tech support and was able to determine that my modem was fine. Your tech was unaware of any satcom issues (he kept calling it a tower), yet my service mysteriously restored itself almost exactly 48hrs after it failed. You need to be more transparent on satcom outages.

@Xplornet I appreciate the reply but my husband has been on the phone with them every week with the same problem.
