@Xplornet @penny_hainer @Xplornet, you sure like to say "you're sorry", but you don't ever seem to try to stop abusing your customers. I'm not sure you know what "sorry" really means... Your "Customers" are doing everything they can to let others know how bad it is. That should tell you something.

@Xplornet you really need to get your truth straight. I called and was informed the tower was down.

@GerardCooke8 @Xplornet They have no intention of fixing it. They are merely pretending to troubleshoot...one of the items they need to show for all the CCTS complaints against them is that they "provided troubleshooting support"...it's all smoke ad mirrors so they can get away with it. We're not stupid

@BrentHCameron @Xplornet omg that happened to me last week as well when I called. The excuse was it was snowing in Edmonton where the satellite signal is downloaded and sent to my home. WHAT??? Anyway no issues since the call.

@Xplornet I am terribly tired of the promised connectivity versus the reality of the poor service you actually can provide. Days of trying to fix this and even having a tech out - and it’s worse than ever😡 STOP CHARGING such a high price when you can’t deliver!

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Yeah, mine did that a few weeks ago for a couple of days. Honestly, mine hasn't been the same since. I used to hit 25mbps and sometimes better. But since then, 10 to 14 is all I can manage. Will also have an outage every couple of days that is sometimes fixed by restarting.

@harrbca @Xplornet Follow-up, it looks like it reconnected about an hour ago, but I can't connect to anything at home and speed tests from the Google Home app WiFi setting just fail, so I'm guessing it's connected to a poor reception cell again.

@Xplornet How much traction you think you're going to get trying to pass off the same tower in 48 different pictures different times of the year? People know you're liars, lie about speeds, lie about unlimited data. Avoid xplornet, it's a terrible ISP.

@Xplornet Better hope those rural kids aren't trying to use a VoIP service and have you as their ISP or they won't be able to access the help phone either way.
