Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

I use to be stuck with Xplornet that advertised 10/1 as the best speeds for my area, yet rarely ever got more than 3 - 4 down/1 up. Starlink is on a completely different level,โฆ
