Xplore Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RobM1962 🇨🇦 Grinch🎄 (@RobM1962) reported

@CBCNB Xplornet has had years to upgrade their service. I live in southern NB and we were promised better service many years ago. When I got Starlink and cancelled my Xplornet they didn't even want their equipment back it was so outdated. Just like our government.

  • mrrgteacher Mr. Restoule General (@mrrgteacher) reported

@Xplornet Our internet is out. Are there known outages in our area or is it just us? Tried resetting the router and that didn’t help.

  • IAmMeJustDom Dom (@IAmMeJustDom) reported

Anyone else having issues with @Xplornet ? Been on and off since about 6pm Friday night #xplornet

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet It's far beyond inconvenient. No internet is not intermittent or slow internet. Xplornet employees must all have stock in Starlink. You are making it really easy for them to take over your market.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@the_logic @davidreevely Btw I’m replying using data bc xplornet is down or at dialup speed

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

@Xplornet @chriswtburke Any updates on the Thorpe tower near Odessa/Wilton ON? Out since December and can't get anything from support. They write tech requests that are then cancelled. I am beyond fed up.

  • KenJKavanagh Kenneth J. Kavanagh (@KenJKavanagh) reported

On Day 7 by some quirk, internet worked but gone again this morning of Day 8. Warning re @Xplornet Their sales pitch of good service is a lie! 13 days 4 a service call is unacceptable.

  • manyra Keri-Anne Lawton (@manyra) reported

@ChubbyChucks Yeah, I was not happy but I had little choice b/c xplornet couldn’t find a signal and I didn’t want another stupid satellite. Smarthub is based on cell tech. Super easy to set up.

  • LFarmakoulas L. Farmakoulas (@LFarmakoulas) reported

@cranroast We do pretty good here with Starlink. It didn’t like the freezing rain/ice pellets a couple of days ago. I’ll tell you, my last tweet to you with 3 images, would never have been sent successfully on Xplornet.

  • theloudlady Catherine Hernandez (@theloudlady) reported

We have to invest in an unlimited mobile hotspot for now while we wait for our Starlink satellite service for later this year. I have tried execulink, vmedia, kwic, storm, xplornet, kos, Rogers, Bell, Teksavvy, Cogeco.
