And why wouldn't you warn people that the equipment is overheating so you had to power it down, instead of just shutting it off without saying anything and causing chaos???

I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. Surely you can do better.
