@Xplornet @phantomfarmerSK I switched to 5LTE. Tonight at 9pm. I am getting download speed of 0.30 and upload of 0.19 Ping 87 . How can you charge me over $100 a month plus $6 for your router for this garbage. I am one 62 year old person with a laptop trying to open an email. This is crap!

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thanks you very much I will do that. But it's not just a quality of service issue. I was told that I am not guaranteed any speed at all. Which is tantamount to "we don't have to provide you any service". To my mind this is a completely different issue. Thoughts?

@fanCRTCProfling @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet Could be. I live in Labrador and they emailed me telling me the sat I was on was shutting down in December and I should call them if I wanted to switch over. Installers due to come to community in short while. All new receiving equipment.

@Xplornet @FrankReardon1 True customer service wouldn't require phone call. Don't they know of lockdowns, true customer service should be proactive not just reactive. I moved on from Xplornet due to service issues
