It's worth noting that everything I call, I end up having to do all the work on my end. Did it all. Still not working. I would not recommend Xplornet to my worst enemy. Quit advertising faster speeds until you ACTUALLY have them. Peak times are atrocious.

Dear @Xplornet I would like to say thank you for having my service work very well.......that is until my CRTC complaint was closed. Now, streaming has become laggy again and live Twitch streams are impossible to watch. I gave you a chance to fix this but obviously you do not...

@Xplornet It would help to have a fair price for your internet service. People would be able to afford more of their necessities. Instead, they are robbed by an indifferent xplornet who only cares about a bottom line. It's the reason you try to leech off feelgood stories. #cancelxplornet

@Xplornet I hope you lose a lot of customers to starlink. Xplornet refuses to update our tower and I can tell you rn it’s not in a difficult location to access. Service is complete trash and full of lies

@Xplornet I have done my research and I now have option I can use until @SpaceXStarlink opens in my area. I suggest you fix your policies and services before your company becomes extinct. I will be call @Rogers for their rural service as soon as I can Have a nice day

@JustinTrudeau Would have been better if we had better internet on hwy 17 near Sudbury. Xplornet does not do the job for what I pay. Pls help us
