Buffering and Freezing losing plays at critical times. stopping tsn streaming and running speedtests shows speeds tolerable but connections intermittent so ping on order of 5000 ms

Turned out Xplornet had taken their equipment off the tower we and dozens of others were pointing at without telling any customers or local service techs it was gone.

Xplornet has 500 kbps.We are on the edge of a cell. Please help us out!! Says mid-late 2021. All I want for Christmas is my starlink dish !!

I've been a telecom tech for 15 years and was with Xplornet the last several for Rural Canadians.I've been selling people on Starlink all over SK as it's the best option. Any chance for referal ID?
